Use to work for them, Do some high end equipment thourghly enjoyable to work on, alright pay for what you do but got clowns running the show to many team co ordinators to actually operatives some need need an ego check and putting in line with they way they talk to you, no drawings given to assemble so you basically copying bloke next to you hoping theyve done it right, get you on a short term to temp then once 12 weeks is up put an add up for more temp workers, pros pays and days overtime available cons management , don't know whether your coming or going and place if your face fits. To many egos old school thinking,

Equipment doesn't last long and theirs engineers aren't good. They don't know how to fix a simple issues. I had the pleasure to see few of them as i have been using Lincat for several years. Enough for me.
Customer service not very helpful as well.
Please spend your money someplace else.

Avoid at all costs. Staff are as poor as the products
I used to think highly of this company therefore bought a lot of equipments. However their after sales service is appalling. They say it s two days call out but we are without the bratt pan for over a week as the Engineer left the cable loose first time round and they put us back in the queue for two days when I reported that the engineer didn t fix it properly.
