I have personally known Alessandro D'Agostini for several years, I bought several things from him, such as a Sennheiser headphone and a DAC, and I always found myself well. Having never had warranty problems or malfunctions I could not describe his assistance service, but in the "consulting" phase he proved to be very honest and professional. I would recommend it to anyone, from the demanding enthusiast to the novice / inexperienced.
