I just went to your shop or rather I tried. At 15.40 you were still closed and I politely asked a person sitting across the street if he could confirm the 3.30pm opening time and I discovered that he was a member of the staff, which I don't know exactly why. resentful of the question coming to say "why are you never late?" ...
