Absolutely ridiculous!! If you are in need of a taxi most of the time people need it urgently. With this company you never know what you can expect . We ordered a taxi which should arrive in 15- 20 min. After half and hour we call and the lady gives us a message that we need to wait another 20 -25 min cause she just started and she has no taxis. Fine! things happen, we can all understand, luckily we were not in urgency ( just late for appointment), but they should let us know. When we pointed that out the women on the phone (which was not very nice from the start) was very defensive and rude stating: I just STARTED!! Speechless.....

When asking the driver whether the taxi is disinfected between customers, the answer is no.
The driver also has no means to disinfect the taxi
Top drivers. but don't want to get infected with Corona while driving. My family drives me now.

We were waiting for the taxi to go to the hospital and is not to show up.

A driver wearing suite with Mercedes-Benz might seem like a very high quality service but basically no.

It is very random but if you do not know Dutch, with a very high chance, you will get a driver who deceives a passenger with cost. Even if you complain, you won't be able to get any apologies and will be ignored. According to the driver, the reason for the extra cost can be the cost that arises to come to your place, effort of putting luggage in the trunk and many more. When the company replies to your complain, they might sound reasonable after having a conversation with the driver who deceived, but of course the driver would have told the company some other reasons. And the company stands on the driver's side.

There is a secret price that can be charged extra. It is mentioned nowhere, never can be known by the passenger, and random price will be added by the driver's subjective opinion - of course, do not expect it to be reasonable - so be aware of that when you use Cibatax! Oh, last but not least, never expect the driver to stop the meter right away you reach the place (I mean there are lots of unethical drivers in globe but Cibatax is not an exception).

I never complained about unethical cabs but just took it easy. This is my first public complain every in my whole life. Have been using cabs all the time but it's my first experience to be cheated this much cost and also did not expect very unprofessional reply from the company.

It's really random, random price just added randomly so I don't know, you might be the lucky one or you might be the unlucky one!

With Cibatax always from home to Eindhoven airport and vice versa. Always on time and with good drivers.
On the return trip, the price for this short ride was 10 euros more expensive, which I found rather strange. After an email to the company I have it back on my account.
I call that super service again!

Leave the telephone in the Taxi, so call the company and make an appointment so that they can give it to him. So far, fine and certainly not unjustified to charge a price for returning. Then I asked if I could settle the relevant amount with pin, on which Mrs Chagrijn gives me an angry look and goes into the attack. It was not a taxi ride so I was allowed to give the amount to her personally. In order to prevent problems, the amount but transferred, but this kind of practices to get an extra "pocket money" are in my view unacceptable and a sign of incompetent, unmotivated and unfriendly staff. This was the first and last time at Cibatax, and for when Mrs reads this by chance: I hope you have been able to buy a nice ice cream.
