Absolute vultures. My parents both passed away this year, my Dad just in November. A very minimal American Express balance was sent to DCM when I closed out his account, which I will pay in full when the estate closes out. I've told DCM this on the first phone call. But they continued to call, late into the evening, getting pushier, sending letters. The LAST thing grieving families need to be dealing with is pushy, callous, predatory debt collectors when the estate hasn't even made it through probate and there's not even money available to pay these creatures.
If your company is considering contracting with DCM services, DO NOT do it. They will destroy your brand reputation with their disgustingly unethical business practices.
