I had an okay experience with DCM Services. My mom had a Toyota auto loan with some outstanding balance. There was nothing in the estate so there wasn t a way to pay it, and they said that was okay and that they d update the file and let Toyota know. They made it a point to let me know I m not personally responsible which was nice cause I was scared I had to pay it out of the checking account I had with her. The only thing that was frustrated and that I can see other people s problem with was at the beginning of the phone call. They kept asking me if I was handling the final affairs for my mom and I kept saying i m her daughter and take care of everything but they would only say like the same thing until I just said yes. It felt really shady but then once I said that it was totally fine.
