They booked my room after i had already booked it a week in advance, then magically had one availabe after I complained, so then made us move all our stuff and our dog, to an older, smellier, smaller room all the way at the other end of the building, charged us the same, and didnt even offer to help us move our stuff. The customer service sucks, and will never be back.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. The smell of the hotel when I walked in was absolutely awful and unwelcoming. The front desk wasn't any help, making all the excuses in the book and even mentioned fly traps. The smell made me sick to my stomach, I didn't stay there, had to pay for another hotel. Called corporate to submit a claim in order to get my money back.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY... Pay an extra $30 and stay at the Hampton! Their hotel smells amazing! is so welcoming and they have any amazing breakfast!

Clean affordable rooms great staff close to restaurants.

Front desk assisted my family and I on several occasions. Breakfast was great. I was overly satisfied.

Very nice staff , quiet, clean up to date rooms. They left the breakfast bar open, knowing that I was checking out before the breakfast bar opened ,I highly recommend.
I would also like to add, that location is everything when it comes restaurants, and shopping centers within walking distance.

Find another place! First room didn't have bathroom cleaned, dirty towels in tub and the stench was awful. They moved us to another room. That one had a fridge so over frozen the door wouldn't shut and the ice build up was dripping on the carpet. Again smell was awful. Beds not comfortable, pillows hard. Terrible experience.

Super easy going, nicely casual, quick and we'll stocked breakfast! Definitely recommend for a pleasant stay! Believe It! All the Best!

I was suspicious of the low rate but gave it a shot anyways. The whole place just feels dirty. Wont stay at this place again. Their are 3 other hotels to choose from in the close proximity

I couldn't rye this high enough. Wonderful managers, great room, fantastic breakfast and quieter than anywhere I have ever stayed. The bed was comfortable, Internet great but couch really needs replacing otherwise great great value for the money.

Overall quality stay. The building and fixtures seemed quite old but did the job. Room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

I spent four weeks on the road for work, which means a new hotel every night, and this place was easily the worst. I got there late at night and there was materials and cables everywhere around the entrance -- granted they were doing some sort of renovation -- the outside was very unkempt. Their Internet was down (typically the only reason I choose a hotel is for WiFi and comfort).. they couldn't check me in, so they just gave me keys and told me to come down in the morning (a plus). However, the room was unmade.. the bathroom was in the midst of repair..meaning the faucet was off both the shower and bathroom sink. No shower in the morning. In the morning I wanted to use the printer in their "business center"(they use this very loosely as it was a very outdated computer in the corner of the breakfast area) and that wasn't working either. This is the type of place I'd second guess bringing a hooked to.

The Days Inn was acceptable, not the worse but not the best. Beds were very comfortable. The shower could have some improvements.

5 Star hospitality on full display. The management and staff were wonderful. Very clean and comfy room. I will definitely refer this property to all my friends and clients.

The price is competitive. The remodeling was effective. It's a nice facility. Breakfast is better obtained from The Wooden Chair downtown.

After spending the day walking around Iola's swap meet . I was ready to get off of my feet and get some much needed rest . We had booked a room with two beds in advance. But when we arrived the only room with two beds was not ready . We got the keys from the desk and went to the room. The door was ajar . That seemed odd so we knocked and peeked in side . It looked like a crime scene . We went back to the desk and they acted surprised . I took them over an to get it clean . Management should have had this handled . Very disappointed in this place .

The staff was friendly. Furnishings were a little beat up looking, not much light in the bathroom. The heater/a.c. was kind of loud. Overall, a decent place to stay, for the price.

I really like the rooms here they are nice seems like and older building but improved and up to date rooms
