Although the hotels in Tel Aviv are not usually lauded for their customer experience, the Intercontinental is a true exception to this rule. My family and I stayed there for almost a week, and the place became our cherished home base that welcomed us back after long days of touring. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was fresh and delicious. The Intercontinental is the only place I will ever stay in Tel Aviv.

This is an international-class hotel, located in front of the Charles Clore Garden on Tel Aviv's seaside.
The hotel is very luxurious and clean, the service excellent, the atmosphere

The meals are very tasty and varied.
An outdoor pool stunning beachfront of Tel Aviv.
The hotel has jewelry and souvenir shops.

I was in the conference center of the hotel, the center is very well maintained, large and impressive, the staff service is excellent!

The parking floor and the entrance are ugly and stinking.
Parking costs are excessive.
Inside the hotel is clean and luxurious.

Concierge was very helpful...looking up shows for us and helping us with postage stamps. Location gives good access to Jaffa and Tel Aviv city. Great to walk across and be on the beach front! The breakfast here is consistent we stayed for a week...so it did get a bit boring.

We took a double massage + breakfast
The massage was good and relaxing, the showers were equipped with everything including lockers but:
1. No heated pool
2. No hot tub
Separate sauna women / men
The time together was. Only in the hotel lobby - not exactly a couple experience ....

Reasonable and down .... and does not justify the price
We will probably not go back there, there is no spa experience in front of other places

An international chain hotel that didn't stoop to the poor standards of Israeli hotels yet maintained it's luxury status.

Perfect! Very well. Very professional. Excellent presentation. Breakfast is varied. Everyone can find happiness. However, it is better to eat outside the hotel. The dishes in the restaurant are of low quality and do not deserve this rate.

I do not understand why a security guard assaulted me at 10pm-10.10pm on the way out. I walked quietly towards the exit, I was still in the hall near the stairs.

Review of Conference Hall. Definitely clean and tidy. Maintaining the smallest details in the field of cleaning services and general appearance. Ample parking. But not cheap.

Incredibly well located hotel within a stones throw of the beach, market, nightlife and restaurants. Breakfast was very well organised with great selections. Staff and rooms were incredible.

The hotel is just the most shocking Rome Service I've ever encountered! Food that would shame a dining room in a detention cell! It is shameful for such a hotel to sell such food, especially at these prices

Stayed here on 2 separate occasions as a result of business trips - both stays were wonderful. Spacious rooms, great on-site facilities, great staff and an incredible selection of foods at breakfast. You won't be disappointed if you book your stay here!

The swimming pool area is one of best panoramic views in the Tel Aviv Jaffa border.
