I received a birthday present - a double massage.
Instead they demand that I commit that if I stick to the corona it is my sole responsibility.
1. It scares me to do a massage because it is an approximation and not a social distance. I do not know how many caregivers are saved and maybe they touched a patient Coronha and your brother will touch me?
2. My daughter bought me a gift, she was wrong in her judgment but her intention was good.
3. I asked to postpone the date of the massage until after the corona period and they refused
4. The reception office at the spa does not agree to accept a customer who does not sign the commitment
5. Spa Plus claims that they will charge my house for 660 NIS - the cost of the treatment even though I did not
6. The reception office claims that canceling an hour before is not normal, but I explained to them that my very arrival was a surprise.

Everything about the hotel is good, the food, the open space, the friendliness of the staff. My disappointment is in the little things and in one big thing which I hope is addressed - the staff ignore the Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the door and come into the room or knock anyway

Ok

I gave them two bags of laundry (no dry cleaning) and at checkout they asked for $575. I asked them why and they said it s a mistake and should be $475 which is also very expensive for just two bags of laundry!
Hotel charges in US dollars even though they are in Israel. So $7 for regular wash of baby pants!!!
Breakfast is horrible compared to Israeli standards.
Do not recommend!

This was one of my worst stays ever at a hotel.

This was one of my worst stays ever at a hotel.
I was assigned room 905. This room is located next to some metal door and across from some storage place. At 7 am I was woken up by loud noise such as metal plates, moving carts, music playing staff shouting. At one point I opened my door of the room and looked into a construction site! (See Photos). Mattresses were being moved, music playing - cruel! I called management. Nothing changed. I was outside for the day. Got back at 5pm trying to sleep, same situation! The situation was shown to some manager right in front of the room. Went for dinner and decided to find some sleep around 9pm. At 9.30 they decided again to open the metal door, music playing, mattresses etc being pushed or carried. Graped my stuff and ordered a new room for the remaining 4 hours at this hotel. Room 905 and other rooms in this hallway cannot be used as guestrooms while this kind of noisy construction is going on! Very cruel! Also sad that nobody managed to solve this problem. Yes - at first I did not accept the offer to change the room as I was going to check out in 6 hours expecting that the construction would stop in the evening. Maybe naiv of me to think so. Sad, very sad stay here this time.

Huge bed, modern and quiet room, and with beautiful views of the sea.
Very complete buffet breakfast.

Very nice treatment. Most of those who attend the reception speak Spanish.
Well located near the beach, and about 30 minutes from the airport.

Probably the best hotel of israel. Great rooms, with a super views. The pool is great but unfortunately the restaurant closes at 5 o clock so dining at the pool will be lunching. Furthermore it's a wonderful location. However the staff could use a training in service dedication and friendliness

I've spent there two days and experienced limited services and options as part of the ongoing pandemic crisis. However the staff was very friendly and supportive. Meals were room service only, but well presented and delicious. My room had a rather large balcony from where I could enjoy the beautiful weather and watch a pretty sunset. Hope to go there again when things back to normal as I believe the hotel has much more to offer.

Well designed but poorly distributed room. Floor lamp with a cord that does not reach the outlet and cannot move, therefore useless. TV that looks bad. Outlets difficult to access behind furniture. Without balcony.
With very little you could solve almost all problems.

1 star is for poor check out system...4 counters were open but only ONE accept credit cards payments. It's atrocious for a 5 stars hotel. Never check out/settle any bills from 9-11.30am. Nothing is done even queues are forming.
PS. Jaffa Cafe food and service are very good!
