Great modern facility modern type elevators that are just touch screen good complimentary breakfast to
Very bad if you get the small beds you collide with the bedside tables with your arms
This place is a very nice hotel with beautiful views all round.
Luxury hotel on the seam line between modern Tel Aviv, Neve Tzedek and Neve Shalom The first neighborhoods outside the walls of Jaffa and the border of Jaffa, Tel Aviv's neighbor before they were combined. Amazing sea view to Old Jaffa and Tel Aviv.
A luxury hotel that improves with time. Great pool (not for swimming), has spacious rooms, the gym has improved a lot. The spectacular breakfast. Try the Humus. And very close to the beach. And ... it's a safe hotel.
Bad service at reception. Excellent hotel and good food. The rest of the staff are nice
Very nice hotel, great location, great views, very friendly and professional staff. Modern and well maintained
It s a very good jumbo hotel in size and service too...the lobby, pool, spa, restaurants all are good and uptodate...it s a beachside hotel and it takes few minutes to reach out to the beach by walk and the Mediterranean Sea Banana Beach is wonderful to have a dip and play for a while or for a morning walk ... overall it s a good experience to stay but the Bath Tub Screen cover should have been there to avoid all water spillage into the dry area of bathroom
By and large everything was fine but breakfast was not good
This hotel is ideally located near the high level beach.
Luxury hotel with excellent service.
One of the best in the country.
Frankly I am not sure it was worth the cost. Bar and restaurant cost was outrageous, staff were friendly but not trained well. I will not come back.
Wedding venue: food was the worst I ever had at a wedding. Salads were unseasoned, no variety, the fish had no taste and the desserts were umm.. Disgusting.
Flowers were beautifully and the bar was pretty good.
I've been there for a Tech conference. Great food, outstanding facilities!
One of Tel Aviv's better hotels. Good sea views from most rooms. Great breakfast. Nice SPA.
I was invited by my friend to the spa for my birthday. When we arrived we were directed to the locker room and then the spa.
After changing into our cloaks we the masseuse escorted me to the room, asked if I could get the Swedish massage recived the answer that it was a fusion massage.one of the worst experiences for my birthday.Never again at such rates and low performance.to the room.
I asked if I could have the Swedish massage was
Relatives were invited to dinner in the lobby. Stiff service and amateur food. mozar. The hotel is luxurious inside and I suppose the rooms are luxurious. The hotel has a huge and professional conference center in the basement
Very disappointed. Hotel not suitable for Israelis.
Conference participants have a difficult parking problem
I was at an event on the floor below (a descent with escalators ...). It seemed a magnificent and perfect place! One thing that was very noticeable and disturbing was that the waiters did not understand Hebrew! What we wanted - drinks, cutlery, napkins - we had to explain with our hands and feet, because they did not understand English ...
Extremely nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms and very central. Taxis are also available in front of the hotel. The breakfast is excellent and until 11:30 o'clock also possible to order the room!
The most enjoyable conference hotel level and the food is very invested and tasty
The only reason I m giving this over priced hotel a 3 is because of Benjamin who check us in on Friday the 28 of sep.the security was rude and racist even To the point where one guy felt it was ok to raise his voice and talk to me as it I hadn t just paid almost 400 for one night stay even more so the kitchen was meatless so my friend wasn t able to order any meat and we had to go out at midnight looking for food the hotel is huge but I wouldn t call it a 5 star rooms are average and the treatment by other staff members especially the security need a lot of work I m welcome to spend my money else where which I intend on doing next time I m in israel.benjemin was wonderful but again he s from mia so maybe he should train some staff members on the Does and don t just a thought
They formed a sweet lot of land and unfortunately what we tried from the atmosphere
One of the best in Israel and certainly at the center
Nice luxury hotel. But unnecessarily expensive and a bit inconveniently located if you want to find a quick bite to eat in the evening.
A good, but very expensive hotel on the Tel Aviv shoreline.
exclusive. More courteous service. Excellent breakfast.
Very nice hotel just when you are not 40 years old it false limit shouted for us to take care of you
Amazing hotel with professional and courteous service
The hotel is located in the seam line of Tel Aviv, Jaffa, Carmel Market and the first nest to the sea.
An interesting and challenging experience, very important to the workers in the field, I enjoyed very much, I gave up connections that will be a very effective hope later, thanks to all the organizers.
Magnificent. Impeccable service
Nothing to say. Top to recommend
The hotel is in a great location by the sea. It is in DESPERATE need of renovation. My room had 2 very small beds, which is below standard for this type of international hotel.
The breakfast is very nice. Staff assistance is very good. We changed from 1-2 nights 10 minutes before check in, and they accommodated us even though they had a large group arriving day 2 of our stay. I don't know the cost of the hotel, so cannot judge the relative value.
It's nice and clean. The price is high and it would be worth it but they also want to nickel and dime guests on breakfast, parking, etc. Typical of most other Intercontinental hotels so no shock. If your used to IC hotels this one is about what you'd expect but the location is great, across the street from beaches and close to Jaffa.
Excellent accommodation, among the best in Tel Aviv. Rates adjusted to the category.
An old hotel, very close to the sea, the service is bad
Service was good, food was fine, and the room was clean and spacious.
We had to wait for the lift for a long time, and a lot of people were waiting like us.
In addition, the dishes were not clean.
All in all, fine except for the things I mentioned.
The hotel is very well located, with great views of the sea and the city, but the service is pathetic, from the front desk to the check-in or check-out, to the restaurant, room service, and the worst is the Bar. The Bartender in turn, all with very bad attitude, not wanting to attend or serve, and if you have to sit at a table, the matter gets worse, because they never have to attend to the customer. Truly in a shame of service in all areas ...
Great service and nice facilities. Location is next to the beach, if a little farther from the action of the main Tel Aviv beach.
Very good place for organizing events. Every convention or meeting i visited there was pleasant. Have a lot of room and can hold a big events or a few small ones simultaneously.
Very disappointing room and service for the price we paid
Excellent hotel with attentive service and courteous service
Excellent breakfast, very nice common areas, good and spacious rooms, friendly staff but the spa area left a bit to be desired.
Great service, excellent lobby meals and a summer pool, the Israelis have let us get better service of course, only reasonable luncheon
