After a defect in my E-Class, the branch needed a working week to locate the problem, a defective battery. For this premium service, the battery change was charged with the premium amount of almost 700 euros. My interest in an S500 because of an upcoming vehicle change remained unanswered even after more than 12 months of waiting for a callback. All in all, the branch did everything right when it comes to alienating customers.
Absolutely not recommendable!
