Very welcome, luxury hotel, spacious double room. It has a swimming pool and a steam room, which is perfect after a day of skiing or shopping. The massage sessions are fabulous and the price remains affordable. The hotel is very good value for money!

Rooms very correct and very clean. Perfect hotel for a meeting of all kinds since they have a small room and next to it bar-free of coffee and tea ... On top floor sauna area and indoor pool, with a large terrace for Take the sun or have a drink and some AWESOME views.

Possibility to park his car for 20 a day, the valet was very nice. The executive room we had booked was equipped with a king size bed, very comfortable and a very nice bathroom. Very good insulation. The pool is functional, and towels are provided. We had dinner in the restaurant, the waiters are very professional, and the meal is very good. Breakfast is very well provided. Thanks to the hostesses at the reception for their smile and their availability. We will come back to this during another visit to Andorra.

Hotel in a great location. Very close to the shopping streets. Super breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Spotlessly clean. The room was large and lovely. Down in reception area a place where you can make tea and coffee at any time. Even a jar of sweets and a plate of cakes!! Breakfast was amazing. We kept thinking all this couldn't be for 62 euros but it was. The only extra was 20 euros for secure parking under the hotel which was watched over by a very helpful gentleman. All in all a perfect stay.

An expensive hotel without service two nights without being able to sleep due to the air noise totally painful ... disappointing reception

The mess at Christmas Eve dinner was enormous,
coming down at 9:15 p.m. and everything was complete, they had us waiting for an hour in the cafeteria (paying 4 for each beer) they didn't even take my first and last name to come and call me or to have a waiting list order . We were 3 people and people passed in front of us even if they had arrived later, because there were two people and for them there was space, whether they were staying at the hotel or not.
They did not have any details due to the delay, the other diners were brought neulas and nougats, not us.
Very unhappy in this regard.
Although the dinner was complete and very rich and the service of the waiters very correct, but after an hour of delay it did not taste good.
The pillows are very low.
Paid parking 20 per night (you cannot park anywhere, everything is blue zone)
The hotel's spa is not included in the price ( 7), they could put it since you pay 4 * services and in the hotel next door ROC BLANC is included in the price and has the same characteristics.
It was also very bad from the hotel how and how I made the reservation, after 10 minutes I found another offer that interested me more since the rooms were separated, so I sent them an email sending them the screenshot with the new offer and telling them that I was paying them the difference so they could put me in separate rooms to which they told me that my reservation was not subject to any change, without any further explanation, or any alternative.

Clean, well maintained hotel, excellent customer service reception. Of note is the option to use the spa area for a more than reasonable price without having to be a hotel guest. We will repeat for sure!

It is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and it will not be the last. The rooms are large with comfortable beds, flat tv with channel + and channel + league and a large bathroom. The varied and quality buffet. The staff attentive and friendly. In the hall there is a part with armchairs to spend hours there, area with chairs and tables where you can have a snack and read the press.

Hard to give a fair rating. It started out as a 1 for sure:
Chose it as it had free breakfast, parking and pool.
NOTE where the comma is in that sentence.
Free breakfast - yup
Free parking - NO!! Their garage was full, fair enough it's 1st come 1st served, but it ain't free. We had to park in public car park across the road. At 24 per day for 2 days= 48 just to park, that's quite an extra expense.
Still rankling at that we discover at check in, there is an extra charge to use the pool!!!!
On bookingdotcom it euphemistically says 'Please note there is a charge of 7 per person per day to use the SPA'
It should clearly state this also means the pool which it doesn't.
By now pretty annoyed we get to our pokey little room (MUCH smaller than any of the publicity photos) to find the AC doesn't work, nor any of the sockets so unable to charge our phones.
Thankfully most of our issues were resolved very kindly by the manager upgrading our room and allowing us to use the pool which boosts my rating up to 3, but cheesed off having to complain, it's not nice.
The location is good and the breakfast was pretty good but be prepared for the additional charges. Had we known about these, we would not have booked here.
Also the pool is a tiny indoor one and there are only half a dozen loungers on the roof which is a shame. It could be a fab roof terracw to sunbathe on, instead a vast area of nothingness (lots of weeds) and no brollies so you have to sit right next to the noisy plant area if you want to some shade.

Big comfortable rooms. The main hall has free teas and coffee which is really nice. You have to pay for the pool and it is not worth it.

4 star hotel that is enough.
Las Pegas: You should try a little bit at breakfast. Being in Andorra where they have the chance to buy good bread, they serve bag bread (bimbo, condis etc ...) toasted and cold bag bread ... industry pastries ... bottle top when they could put natural orange counting that It is not difficult, practical and super pleasant ... which is due for the stars they have. Also on the web it says Buffett and it is not like that.
Super small rooms ... I walked in and felt in a cage.
The pool ... pufff I would say a bathtub ... super small that just seeing it takes away our desire.

I have no problem, everything was clean, as for the situation of the hotel I have to say that I could not have chosen a better one, since it is in front of Caldea and 5 minutes maximum from the commercial center of Andorra.
Continental breakfast up to expectations.
The hotel seemed recently renovated so this also adds points, the staff is correct.
So I think what I paid was what I received

The hotel is very well placed.
The rooms are spacious but we have not rested at all.
Starting because the beds have wheels and does not allow you to rest your back on the head of the bed because the bed moves forward. During the night the bed moved, it was horrible.
The friendly reception staff went up immediately to remedy the wheels although they did not work. The mattress very very uncomfortable although this is depends on each person. The sounds of other rooms are heard a lot.
The breakfast is fine.
The television has brightness to the minimum and only looks good with the light off, you can not access the TV menu to increase the brightness.
We will not return

It is a fantastic hotel, VERY good food, excellent staff treatment, very good views of Escaldes-engordany. Highly recommended
The only thing that fails is the low reception of the Wifi signal in the room.

Room with a small window overlooking the wall and hardly any natural light. Comfortable mattress (they must have been changed) and proper cleaning.

We enjoyed a sewer smell in the room, after the first night, quite unpleasant.

The bathroom could use an update, especially the bathtub. But the water in the shower, at least, had enough pressure.

You hear everything when you are in the room even though we were lucky to stay on a high floor.

The air conditioning is switched on and off generally. You can't turn it off from your room (a delay) and a discomfort. When we arrived it was literally a fridge.

The wifi signal in general very weak.

The woman at the reception service for the morning shift on Saturday August 26, 2017, Inma, has a non-existent vocation to facilitate a pleasant stay for guests. Another point to improve.

As for the courtesy area in the hall with water and coffees, a great detail if it was not almost always empty. And do not bother to ask at reception for its replacement because it literally brings it to life. Especially to this Inma. As it is a topic that has a cafeteria, then that, I do not even bother to make a call to find out the hours in which the cafeteria colleagues plan to replenish. For what ? If it is better to be looking at the horizon sitting at the reception.

It is frustrating that they give you a "free" service, because well you pay for the hotel, so that there is almost never almost anything. But ... it is very good to say.

Small parking. If you go in high season, hurry to reserve a place or you will not be able to enter. 20 night in low season, 22 in high season.

It is certainly not a hotel that I would recommend to leave the money and of course I will not return.

Very close to everything! Parking with educated and willing employees, since it is small and they are taking out cars. Clean and spa with great views on the top floor. Habitat a bit small, but because of the central location, it was wonderful to see the mountain so close and the day it started to snow. Very good memory in general.

Strange not to find a gossip in a 4 star hotel. The spa expensive and poor but as in other places. Breakfasts very well prepared and a lot of variety but dinner something small.

They put used towels folded as new on the third day we asked at the reception to change them because it was disgusting. Personal in the hotel restaurant was slow and the food was worse than in a 3-star hotel.

The hotel is very nice, has a very good location well connected and several entrances through which you can go out to different streets where there are bars and restaurants, the staff was attentive and very nice, especially a girl at the reception. I asked for a double bed and upon arrival my room did not have my because it is under availability but they kindly showed me another one in case I wanted to make the change. The facilities very good, the area of water, coffee and rest very good, at breakfast the waiters are very good and at all times were attentive, although the hotel was complete there was everything at all times. It is the second time we go and it has been very nice again.

Hotel with many lack of maintenance. You need more care in the details, due to the deterioration caused by time and use. - The Wi-Fi does not reach the room where we were (No. 224). - The Spa does not have a Jacuzzi, only has a small pool and sauna (with 2 showers there, one is broken). - All the staff very friendly.

It is a very well located hotel in Andorra la Vella.

A more than correct hotel. Very clean and close to the side of the shopping street of Andorra la Vella. The receptionists are very nice and have parking (for a fee) in case you need to leave the car and you can't find it ... quite usual thing.

This time the Parking has failed, it was full !! And it has been a little chaotic, also the details of welcome to customers have also suppressed it, I think it is losing a bit of glamor
