Do not trust the 4 stars of this hotel! Apart from the reception which is very nice and which makes a good impression it does not have much of a 4 star. Bedding, furniture, services and opselette cleanliness! We took one night with pool access included and due to the covid we had to book a time slot. Arrived at the pool we were thrown like filthy by 2 obnoxious customers who claimed to have booked at the same time as us. The woman at the reception therefore came in turn to "release" us from the pool without any proposal for an agreement, just saying sorry I had noted you down for 8 pm ... Good for a 4 star. In short apart from the breakfast which is very good I do not recommend this hotel.

The dinner service leaves something to be desired when there are a lot of people. Little staff

The nighttime receptionist was hopeless and the smell of cigarette smoke would drift out of some rooms, into the corridor and even neighbouring rooms. Otherwise, the room was above average size and comfort. The daytime receptionist was very good. Room prices were very reasonable.

We only liked the breakfasts here, laid Asphalt outside the window, worked around the clock, the audibility was just awful, the glass in the room tinkled, cleaned the room on the second day of check-in, cleaned very badly, the dust and empty bottles remained in place)))
At the same time, proximity to the center and shops! Parking is very expensive !!!

Terrible mattress !! Pillows badly damaged and crushed. I'm sure I will never go back. This hotel is not 4 stars for many services it has. Recycle or die. What insomnia. 2 am and a blank night.

Terrible facilities, terrible service at all, both in the dining room and at the reception.
If you have the opportunity, choose another place, it is an old hotel, almost obsolete and expensive.

To be 4 stars, it leaves much to be desired. In the Spa there was no one, so children present threw "bombitas" into the pool, what a spa! ... We had a mishap; Good detail: hotel responded very well and helped us at all times. Bad detail: we had to bathe outside the room where there were no doors in showers or privacy, it was a bit awkward. There is PARKING, BUT IT IS ALWAYS FULL and they charge 20 euros when leaving (they do not inform you beforehand). As for the location and staff, wonderful! Exceptional breakfast.

Comfortable room, dinner and hearty and good breakfast. Staff super nice, nothing to worry about. I appreciated the availability of small snack all day.

The staff of the dining room is usually very friendly, except for the one, a person not ready to manage the dining room when it was full (holy weekend) neither before nor after.

All fantastic. Very clean hotel, hydroalcoholic ice everywhere. The only downside is the 7 euros you have to pay to go to the hotel pool.

They changed our room at our own request to have a double bed, very attentive staff and very neat and clean facilities, central and very close to Caldea.

The hotel deserves a little refreshment, especially the bathroom with bathtub, not great.
The most negative point is the restaurant. The employees are not welcoming, in particular a blond chef, who is really very unpleasant, who makes no effort to communicate, except in English and who makes you understand that he does not care about you. Meals are those you find in company canteens, and more.
You have to swallow your meals, because they obviously have no time to waste.
In short, the hotel is not bad, and the restaurant to be avoided.

I was given the room in the last corner. The room was fine ... with the broken dryer with which I burned.

Hotel well placed and of standing. Hearty breakfast with a choice of salty and sweet quality. Damage to the soundproofing. There is a pub right below our windows and a lot of noise at night. Same in the corridors.

We stayed 2 nights. Quite disappointed with the quality / price ratio
The weak points:
- the breakfast was not to our taste, no fresh orange juice, no fresh bread, the pastries too sweet ...
- the "wellness" paying an additional 7 for a square pool ...
- parking 26 per night !!! Super expensive
The strong points:
- Well placed 400 meters from Caldea and located on the shopping street
- Correct bedding
- Nice roof top for a drink

We have been coming to Andorra for 45 years ... master year, in a very difficult context (Covid 19) it was one of the few hotels of this quality to be still open for a very interesting and unchanged value for money (whereas others have increased their prices). We already knew this hotel from having stayed there and all the Staff are always, despite the difficulties, remained professional, courteous, available and Smiling (Through the mask
The breakfast is not only Gargantuan but very good and served at the table by a Friendly and considerate Staff ...

Excellent staff attention. Very clean. Breakfast and dinner very well

spacious and comfortable rooms. Those that give to the inner garden can seem with little vision. Those that give to the outside have good views. Very well the detail at the reception there is a courtesy place with tea and coffee, (could be extended to other infusions ... mint, etc ...)

Nice hotel is very central, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are spacious. The bathroom is OK. The breakfast was good but not overpowering. Parking is difficult. The hotel garage (20 euros per night) was full. Nearby we found a garage place. (24 euros per day)

Hotel very well located near the main street of Andorra and very well to go out to the ski resorts

The attention is perfect. The rooms are large and spacious. The breakfast buffet is of a very high quality. They have a courtesy area in which they offer coffee, tea, water, lemonade, cookies, cakes, jewish ... We will always be there, let's go back. The location is excellent. Unbeatable price quality.

Very correct hotel, unfortunate the treatment of someone at reception. It is sad that communication is not facilitated.

It's fair value for money. It's clean and cosy. People are very helpful. You might have some difficulties if you do not speak Spanish though.

Well x where to start .. the attention of the front desk the best of the hotel .. the employees are attentive and friendly .. the Argentine boy a genius ..
At the reception they offer you a free coffee or tea service ... and some cake.
I put 3 stars ... for the furniture ... that stayed a little in the 90s ... the rooms are spacious and clean ..
The location is very good ... close to everything

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff. It is very well located with exit to the commercial street in the center of Andorra. The Spa is small, with beautiful mountain views. It has a sauna and Turkish bath, apart from the pidvina with warm water (not so hot) with hydromassage. It has very friendly specialized staff. I recommend it.

It is a nice hotel, comfortable, clean and the staff very friendly. The manager of the restaurant Tey, is a charm. I liked it a lot. It is right in the center of Andorra. Great for shopping without taking the car. Chaldea is next. I will come again, sure!

Pleasant stay, we had a special celebration and they left us a bottle of cava in the room. Buffet breakfast with a great variety, on the last day we had dinner at the hotel and we were surprised by the quality of the dishes, all exquisite.
The only downside is that we were on the first floor and you could hear the traffic.
When we return to Andorra we will repeat for sure.

This is a wonderful hotel quality and price wise. Situated in the heart of the main street where all shopping mall's are U will be 5-10 minutes away from all that tax free goodies. Continental breakfast options are plentiful and very tasty indeed! Totally worthwhile to be included in your booking.
There is a complimentary drinks and snacks options near the reception which is a very nice touch.
Rooms are spacious and very clean!
And as a added bonus rooms are very quiet for that good night's sleep that you well deserve after all that shopping.
And of course I'm not even gonna start on the surrounding views, you are in the valley overlooking the mountains from all sides. It doesn't get any better then that.

Good attention from the staff, kind and friendly, buffet breakfast with the essentials to look good, dinner with four dishes of first, four seconds and choose one of four desserts, served by waiters at the table, pool on the top floor with a good terrace with views of the mountains and great to the City

With promotion of low season we found that the price was very affordable. The place perfectly well located, two exits, of which one that goes directly to the main street with shops and varied restaurants. The theme of the rooms, furniture and electronics well, the TV something blocked, the mattress is not the best I've slept in, but well, nothing special. The issue of service a little deficient (I do not know if for lack of staff). We booked the margarita suite (special for couples) for one night, since it is 100 more expensive. The room's thanks hardly worked as they should, we ended up not using them; this added to the oven in which the room was converted thanks to automatic heating (I recommend asking the reception to fix this problem as soon as they detect it), I end up ruining the night a bit. Oh and do not be fooled, the pool and sauna area are not included for any room, although we were told that previously it was included (as in our reservation it was offered that way), that has now changed. Virginia the receptionist is a great girl and gives solutions, out of the rest of the receptionists who only put up but all our complaints. There will be cheaper hotels where to stay and what you save better spend it in Chaldea than if it is worth it a lot.

Value for money was very good since as a hotel you can not ask for much more, clean, comfortable and excellent treatment, but the Spa, wellness part was practically nonexistent.

The hotel placed perfectly, it's in the end of central street of Andorra la Vella, so in the evening you can walk along beautiful street, visit many shops, drink some beer and eat some food in bars and restaurants. On the other hand, it proposes free transfer to funikamp, and it takes only 10 minutes to get to mountains. It also has spa on the last floor with a beautiful view

Hotel located in the city center. The rooms are large and air conditioned. There is all the comfort. The sound insulation is of quality, we did not hear anything in the corridors or outside. Underground parking is small but the valet is there for that. On the ground floor, there is the reception and a relaxation area with coffee and other sweets available. The breakfast is very rich and at will. We enjoyed finding milk without lactose. We did not have time to test the solarium and the pool on the spa because we had preferred to go to Caldea
