Amazing hotel. Nice and polite reception. Room was clean and warm. Breakfast had solid choices. Charcuterie, fruit, muesli and much more. Only what I can point is the automatic coffee machine on breakfast. Coffee loosing guality and taste due obvious lack of cleaning.
But still for me 5*.

Clean and pleasant, well located too bad the swimming pool is forbidden to children under 5 years old (not mentioned when booking by phone!) And excessive garage price. But few places in town so it's a bit compulsory. Pleasant stay nonetheless.
For being a 4 *, the old and worn rooms. The cleaning hab. correct, the minibar does not exist. The common areas, hall, lounges, pub and restaurant are too cold to sit with friends talking (they should want to save on heating). Menu relationship quality price ok, lovely waiters.
For what I paid I do not consider the services correct. Cancel a dinner for unforeseen and discounted me much less amount than if I had paid as an extra. I was upset at night by the pub that is attached to the hotel. Correct rooms and good weather.
Very well located in the middle of the most commercial street of Les Escaldes d'Engordany but easily accessible by car because the main entrance is on the back street despite having a direct exit to Avinguda Carlemany. Spacious rooms and a courtesy area at reception with coffee and soft drinks for guests.

I often travel to Andorra, and for me it is the best hotel for both its facilities and its service. Also the value for money is incredible compared to the others. The staff is very friendly and in 3 years that I have been going I have not had a problem.

Hotelazo for 4 stars, it is located superbly on stairs, you have caldea next to it, the only thing to note is that it is better to book in a superior room than the basic one since in the basic one you will be in a dark corridor that overlooks other windows and the exit hall of the hotel that leads to the carlemany avenue. The super-correct staff, the fantastic breakfasts, the clean and spacious rooms, has tb swimming pool, although it is paid, not very expensive but dr payment.
Good hotel but unacceptable that the drinks and the bottle of water are not renewed in the mini bar when we stay several days even in the junior suite. The parking is 20 a little expensive but the caretaker is very friendly and professional
I have been to several hotels in Andorra and this is the one that I liked the least.
The parking lot is very small and they force you to leave the keys, because they park and move the cars to maximize space.
The room was quite a bit smaller than the other hotels we have stayed in, except for the EXE Prince, which was tiny.
The spa (to call it that) is an absolute scam. It is a separate payment and it is not like in the booking photos, for example the pool does not have the swan necks that you see in the photos. In addition, there was a roll up in reception that indicated that it had a Turkish bath, which is not true. Once inside the spa they do not give you a towel or slippers, there are no lockers, just some boxes. The lady who was carrying it was sitting in the chair listening to reggaeton at full volume and the pool full of children jumping off the bat. We requested that they return the money and they did not complain, two other couples did the same.
As for the very friendly staff, the comfortable room and the highlight was the breakfast which was quite good.
Apart from this they have a hospitality area at the reception with teas, and if you are lucky some very tasty cookies.

The cards (keys) of the room door do not open the door, I would have to go back down to reception so that they can fix it, while my partner waited with suitcases at the door. Then we found a black hair on the bed. To enjoy the spa area, a maximum of 4 people have to enter, no matter how small. Then we have come to the room to take a couple of things and we have seen that cleaning has thrown halmoadas on the floor and a battery brush has placed the top of my toothbrush !!!
In the end, when I left the hotel, the girl at the counter wanted to charge me for the parking and spa area the second time. In must charge only 45 euros restuarante, he has put me 115 euros to pay. Then ask for forgiveness. It seems that hotel staff get a lot out of people who don't know languages.

For being a 4 star hotel or boasting to be it is quite short, do not change the sheets, do not provide flip flops or robes in order if you do not expect much is good for you but if you are more demanding look for another hotel.

We took half board, breakfast for our taste is not worth it, since we are Andalusians and we like good ham and we see it high in price for the variety that there is, it is simply a tip to improve .. for our taste. But the dinners yes, you eat very quietly and they are with menus to choose between a starter a second and a dessert. They work with several menus that change, I recommend the Magre, Raviolis, squid and fresh Sea Bass ..
Good cleaning !! And they give you an area of coffee and pasta in the house ... it is appreciated!

It is a few meters from Caldea. The hotel is very nice, it is very well kept and the room very clean. Close to all stores. The parking cost us 20 a night. The breakfast is very rich and it is very varied. We loved it and if the opportunity arises, we will return.

The hotel is located in a large, beautiful and well maintained building. It is at the top of the main shopping street and restaurants of Andorra La Velha (centrinho of the principality). For those going skiing, the bus stop to go to Grandvalira is right in front of the hotel and, on the way back, the stop is very close too (descends in front of the museum). Already to go to Vallnord, the point of departure and arrival is more distant, but nothing impractical (in Andorra, it is very good to use the Moovit app to know the schedules and points of the buses). The room is large and everything works perfectly as you would expect. The breakfast is wonderful, having options for allergy sufferers. The main positive point of the hotel is its staff: very attentive, friendly, polite and helpful. That's great! As a suggestion to the hotel, I think it would be nice to have a room to store skis / snow with cabinets and boot warmers. In spite of the willingness to store the equipment at the reception, a room of its own would be interesting to avoid the traffic of guests in the corridors with the heavy and noisy ski boots.
Very, very good hotel in Escaldes. In a minute on the main shopping street. Very nice rooms, extremely well insulated windows. Coffee, tea in the lobby always free, very good breakfast, friendly, professional staff. Overall, very noble atmosphere at good prices, at least with us in summer .....
To be a four-star hotel something deficient in certain things (poor quality WiFi, simple rooms, improvable bathtub ...)
Hotel with an impeccable treatment, a fairly complete buffet breakfast, very clean in room and common areas and only one thing I did not like, the beds in my room had wheels and moved as soon as you leaned on them.

We stayed here for a few days to ski and shop. In a suite that was nickel. Perfect room service. The entire team proficient, despite some language difficulties. My Spanish is not at the top and they do not speak French. I would have put 5 stars if the balneotherapy area would not leave to be desired.

I was not at the hotel. But the landscape and surroundings are fantastic, if too commercial and it is not as cheap as it once was. Today Andorra is a vast commercial center, where the most beautiful are the mountains that surround it. But too much exploited everything and as I say expensive.
