A good hotel good kitchen and very good located and good views

We came to Andorra to visit the spa at Caldea and this hotel is an ideal 10 minute walk away. Our rooms were clean and well presented and reception staff very helpful, our only disappointment was the miniscule portions of the evening meal in the restaurant and overpriced wine, in fact we went out afterwards for a snack. You can get much better value at 30% less cost in nearby restaurants, bar service was patchy. There's another Golden Tulip hotel in the town which is much better. A bit disappointing and I don't think we'll go back there.

The staff are very friendly.
On the other hand, please note at the time of booking that parking is invoiced in addition 20 per day. I also regret, as in many hotels, that there is no shutter.
For those like me who need absolute darkness to sleep, the thick curtain does not hide the light on the sides which wakes you up at the first light of day.

No parking and by default they put you in a room with two beds instead of a double bed.
Lunch 12 seems an abuse to me, parking 25 per day seems an abuse to me.

Hotel well placed. Comfortable room. Flat on the bathroom, old and broken hair dryer.
The spa is 7 and unlike the site, there is no steam room.
The breakfast is complete.
Do not eat there at night, it's really bad, cold and the meat tastes nothing. Can not know if it's beef, veal or pork .. Really bad ..

The room was super spacious, and in the hall there was free coffee and cookies, sweets or cake. It is super well located, and parking is cheaper than parking in the area.

Listed - we arrived on a Sunday and unfortunately spa hamam and pool closed on Sunday. The next day we wanted to enjoy the next day 10 am as indicated and 11:30 the pool was still not filled because emptied on Sunday. So regrettable for a 4 star.

Central hotel, with very good service. Large rooms and very comfortable bed. The full and quality breakfast buffet. The impeccable attention. Parking is somewhat expensive but, in front, there is a parking lot where parking passes are paid depending on the days of the stay and the price is much more affordable. It was recommended by the hotel staff.

Whenever we come to Andorra we come to this hotel, we always find offers on the internet and we get quite good price. It is very beautiful and the attention and cleanliness great. The rooms are beautiful.

Temperature in the room cannot be regulated yourself! Way too hot. If you open the window, the noise at night is not really nice. Clean room, narrow bed! Good breakfast. Nice to be able to park your car in hotel parking. In the center. Nice staff.

Excellent!!!! We were the 4 days of Easter and we left delighted with the treatment of the staff especially! Rooms with comfortable and spacious bed. Bath care and clean. The breakfast varied and everything very rich. We had dinner there one night and it was a great choice. Next to the most commercial street. The only "bad" thing that you heard a little people in the corridor. Thanks for everything ... I would go there again without hesitation.

Very correct hotel next to the shopping area. Parking, 26 ..very expensive to hear from hotel guests. Better to leave it to the parlinfs next door

The room that I booked had no view but it was clean and I enjoyed the stay. Parking was a bit crowded but there was someone in charge with that so everything was fine. Wi-Fi was great.

We spent one night here and the hotel is really nice. It's close to the city center and the shopping street in Andorra. Furniture are a little bit too much business oriented but in general is a really good place to stay. Staff is kind and price good. Recommended!

It is a very good hotel, easy to find and clean. The large clean room with details such as free water in the fridge, robe and slippers, in the bathroom there is every toothbrush, razor. The hotel staff very friendly and very predisposed to help at all times. Very good experience, without negative comments.

The rooms very well, clean and comfortable.
The breakfast very well and varied but the dinners ... should improve. Most of the time it comes to the cold table, little quantity and little variety, ah! And little bread !!

It is well located in the center of Escaldas in the very interesting commercial area, the terrace on the sixth floor with a good atmosphere and a hamburger dinner, quite correct sandwiches and but a recommended glass of Gin Tonic or cocktails.

I chose this place for the services my the service is not at the author of four stars. So I regret my choice.

The only thing comfortable in this hotel are the sofas of the reception, otherwise, single beds joined together as a double bed, mattress springs flat and hard as a stone, unbearable heat in the room due to automatic heating, reluctant receptionists and Edges, spa not included, noise in the rooms, views of an alley ... lousy. I guess the mattress will be for you to sleep badly and when you go to Chaldea you feel even better ... I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
