When we came back in the evening we found our window open, it no longer closed. Reception call: no troubleshooting possible (I am passing the intervention period) ....
So night without air conditioning and noise from the street! Horrible night in a 4 star !!
the next day no refund, no reduction possible because room already paid. The management's only suggestion: a price for the next stay!
We are very disappointed with the reception and the quality of service. We do not recommend this hotel!
