This was my first time buying a vehicle. I was really lost, I went online and found what I was looking for. Every one was very helpful, especially my salesman. I enjoyed talking with him while waiting on paper work to go through. Their website is very helpful also, if you don't want to go to the actual lot and browse, you can just browse online.
Met a nice young man named Collyn Claywell who worked with us to sell us the vehicle we wanted.
Very pleasant experience and helping us to choice a lease over purchase was the best way to go, so thanks.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2013 Ford Fusion SE from D-Patrick Downtown! My salesperson Kerry Draper did an excellent job finding the car I wanted and getting me a test drive, he was also patient with my husband and I as we thought about the offer over the weekend and came back Monday to purchase. My father recommended Kerry to me since he bought his 2013 Boss Mustang from him in August. This is my second Ford and I really love this car! I highly recommend!
They treat you like family. They are willing to give you a ride to work and come and pick you up if the car has to be left for long periods. Great people!

Many problems with this dealer, I ordered a new 2019 f450, kept getting delayed, 3 months delayed after the original expected date I found something close cause my business could not wait any longer, I was never given the remote trailer camera that came with the 360 trailer package, camera cost me another $450, so I paid twice for it, Ford sent me a survey and I left and honest survey, only to have my salesman Corey V call me and tell me he was disappointed in my survey and basically chewed me out after I just spent $87000 on a truck, nothing was done to right this wrong either. Trucks been problematic, been to the shop 4 times for various problems in the 6 months I've owned it, I do not recommend a super duty or this dealer period. Bought at boonville location.

Nice staff but cannot fix an issue with vehicle so not too happy about that considering it's an 18 model with 40k miles and issue is due to the make of the truck and the mustang's of the same yr

Buyer beware, always check connecting parts before leaving. My bumper popped loose after a couple days of buying a 2017 Mustang. Their solution is to glue it. But was told there are no guarantees on that either. That is all they are offering after buying 4 cars in the last 2-3 years from them.
Edit...I should mention this is common on that year mustang. Which also makes it unsafe in case if impact. So I now am taking it elsewhere to fix it properly where they will apply the tabs that fell off. Not real happy right now.

I bought a F150 here from Kevin Woolsey. He is the best car salesman I have ever worked with. Not pushy. Knows almost everything about the truck and the differences between the truck I was looking at and the previous years. And he really worked to get me a good deal. I visited a couple other Ford dealerships and found that I knew more about their trucks than they did. Not so with Kevin he is on top of his game.

Bobbi, Our sales representative was very helpful when we were trying to decide between several different models. She knew the features of each of the vehicles we drove. We would highly recommend Bobbi and the D Patrick staff. I would also like to give a shout out to the service department. We were having problems with the fob on the vehicle we traded in. After purchasing a rather expensive car from Kenny Kent Toyota and having problems with it right from the start, Kenny Kent blew us off. We took the car to D-Patrick to be fixed and these are amazing people! We believe the previous owner got rid of the car with 26,000 miles on it because of a parasitic drain on the battery which made it die every few days. These Ford technicians figured it out when others tried and failed! We are so grateful to Brent and his team. You guys are awesome! We were pretty worried after Kenny Kent ignored us, brushed us off, and thought we would be stuck with a really expensive problem. These technicians have just made our day! We are so grateful! They had the car I was looking for, called the sales lady and told her I was interested and she said as long as I was approved for a loan they would hold the car and I could sign the paperwork the next day. I am three hours away so we wanted to secure financing before leaving. We applied and heard nothing back all day even though we called three times we never got a callback. Called the finance manager the next morning and he gives us line of BS about the age of the car but we were approved and tried to sell us another car. Come to find out they sold the car to someone else after they said they would hold it for us. Pretty shady dealership as a credit check put a hard pull on out credit report for nothing. We will make sure to let everyone know how they treat potential customers.

I bought a truck here for the first time. I typically buy all my vehicles from Expressway; however, I was fed up with the way they do their internet pricing, which to me is a dishonest scam! I went into D-Patrick and bought a truck with in an hour, simple and upfront process. No gimmicks just a good deal!

Dpatrick always does a great job. Brandon was very helpful and gave me detailed options on the issues at hand. However, I am very disappointed in Ford Motor company. Issue with my truck was with the lug nuts. Was going to cost nearly $300 for new lug nuts. This is a Ford problem and they know it. I called Ford and said there nothing they could do. Very disappointed. Not like I asked for a new engine. As much as I like Dpatrick and my Ford F150, I will look at getting a Toyota next truck purchase.

Fay was very friendly and helpful. The Lincoln has many features and she explained many of them well. There was no way to explain all of them, so she told me several times that if I had any questions, to call her. Since I am a senior citizen, perhaps if she would have spoken a little slower, I would have absorbed everything better. However, I was able to drive my car home with confidence with her instructions. I would recommend her as a sales lady for a Lincoln. She knows all about them!

The infamous low tire pressure indicator came on, before work. Taking my car into the dealer service, found I had picked up a nail, causing the slow leak. Everything was taken care of quickly and because of FordPass it didn't cost me anything for the repair. I was more than pleased. Thanks again for the great service.

The service reception person would not document am intermittent urn signal problem on our 2017 Flex after we demonstrated the problem. We had already spent over 3 hours there getting another problem fixed and said the technician could not duplicate the intermittent issue. We went out and demonstrated the problem yet still would not document the problem so we would no have the same problem on a return visit. He also argued with me about how the turn signals work on this car.
I went to this dealership to buy my first car, Nathan was really helpful and nice throughout the whole process. When I went in to sign the paperwork and go through the insurance packages the person was rude to me and made me feel dumb for not purchasing any extended warranty packages. I bought a 2016 with 33,000 miles, so I did not expect there to be any problems right away or a need to increase my payments for the extended warranty. 3 days after I purchased the car the air stopped blowing out of the face vents. At first I thought the air was maybe just sticky from not being used in a while. A week - two weeks later it happened more often now. I would restart the car and sometimes it would work, sometimes it wouldn't. I scheduled an appointment for them to run some test and tell me what was going on. It's hard to believe that this problem just started 3 days after buying the car. I waited at the dealership while they ran some test. The guy in the service department was very nice and great at explaining what was happening. He told me that it would be $1,500+ to fix this issue. When I told him I just bought the car from this dealership 2 weeks ago, he had no idea that I bought it there. He told me he thought it would be covered under the 30 day warranty and he would check and call me back that day. I drove my car home that day with a receipt in hand explaining what they did and that I did not owe them any money. I waited and heard nothing that day. Another day went by and I still had not heard from anyone. I reached out to Nathan and he told me he would go talk to the service department and they should call me in about 45 minutes. The rest of the day went by and still no response. Now 2 days later I get a call from Casey telling me that he has my keys and he needs a decision if I am going through and paying $1,500 to get it fixed and that I also owe him $150 for a diagnostic fee. I had my car at home for 2 days now, and I left with a receipt saying that I owed them nothing. He was rude and just kept telling me that he had my keys at the dealership and I owed him $150. I told him that I have my car, I was never told about the $150 fee and I just called wanting to know if the warranty was covering this issue. He informed me that the warranty was not covering it and if I remember, he offered me extended warranty packages and I declined so this issue is now on me. While he is continuing to tell me that I owe $150. I told him I am not paying that and I can send him the receipt that his dealership sent me home with showing $0. They were not willing to help me in the slightest bit with a car that I just bought 2 weeks ago from their dealership. I had very poor customer service through this process. I trusted D-Patrick with buying my first car from them. And now I am stuck with this $1,500+ maintenance issue that they are not willing to help out with at all. I am very disappointed in the way I have been treated by the sales manager from this dealership. I will be taking my car somewhere else for maintenance and will not consider buying a car from this dealership again.

We have been looking for a bigger vehicle for my wife. We had been shopping for a couple of weeks. Let me tell you the experiences that we had at other dealerships was beyond (in one case) despicable. Never had I been lied to and tried to be swindled as much as I did during the two weeks. I found the van on your website and I thought it was a pretty good deal. But I also realized that it was just another scheme to get you in the door. So I was at work and told her to go check it out and let me know. She was extremely happy with the van, got just about what we wanted on trade in. Sales and finance were extremely nice to her and as she told me she had an exceptional experience shopping there. I had to go in there a couple of days later and signed some papers. I too was met with a friendly staff and was asked several times how she liked the car. I told them that she was extremely happy with the car and experience. Trust me, we ll be back. Keep up the good work. Keep treating your customers with the caring attitude that you shown us. It was our extreme pleasure to deal with you.

Do not purchase your car from this place without seeing the car. We purchased our car from out of state. Were told by dealer there was no body damage. When the car was delivered to our home there was a dent on front end of the car. I feel this happened on their lot since the car has alerts when it gets too close to objects. We immediately called dealer and they weren t willing to resolve issue. Also reached out to general manager and he never returned call. Buyer beware. Once it s off their lot they won t help you.
Went in because one of our seats in our expedition was not pulling up right did a good job as far as I know and it was courteous they drove her back home and came and picked her up service work good about 3 hours worth of work on it reasonable priced thanks
Had a great experience that totally made up for the last one. Got my brake pads replaced free of charge! D Patrick was wonderful about working with me to provide me with this service. They took my complaints about the last visit seriously and made up for it big time. They also surprised me by sanding down my rotors and making them good as new. It took some time, but they were able to get it done in one day and I was back on the road that evening, no money spent. Thank you D Pat!
