Always been treated well by the folks at D-Patrick. Competent and competitive. Very large amount of vehicles on the ground, ready to go. I've been dealing with them since 2004, and they have always been straight forward and ready to help.
Recommend.

D-Patrick was awesome!! Very helpful, friendly and just down to earth nice and treat you right. My sales person Fay Siebers was amazing. She was so funny and sarcastic which I loved. If you ever need a new vehicle I highly recommend D-Patrick Ford Lincoln and please ask for Fay Siebers she is the best!!

I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape here, and the experience was alright. The salesperson, who's no longer there, was more annoying and less forthright than you'd desire, but nothing unusual for a car salesman.

That's not what this review is about though. This is about the consistent, terrible experiences I've had with their service department. For the sake of brevity, we'll restrict it to the last three.

#1 - Ford Fusion recall due to loss of power steering. The car was taken in to the dealership. They called to let us know it was "done" at the end of the day. Picked the car up and took it home. Literally, the next week while my wife is driving the power steering goes out. When we took it back they clarified that they hadn't actually repaired anything. Whatever test they had said the car was fine.

#2 Ford Escape - oil change. I scheduled an oil change to be paid for with my free oil change in my Ford Rewards. Upon first arriving I'm told by the cashier that the free change wasn't recorded on my details, so I'd have to pay or she wouldn't release the car to me. The car I purchased there. After suggesting she could call her manager and get that straightened out, we were back in business. I got my keys and attempted to find my car. I couldn't locate it, and the remote wasn't setting it off. I went back in, and the Ford employees looked. Eventually, we realized it was in the lot, but hadn't been responding. The battery was dead, because they had left it in neutral when they turned the car off. The best they offered me was to charge the battery for me, and they'd call me in the morning when it was ready. No one called. When I called for status, they didn't even realize why it was there, or that it was supposed to be charged.

#3 Ford Escape - Recall for door latch locks. Now, you'd think I would have learned my lesson, but after a underwhelming experience at the other local Ford dealer I foolishly gave DPatrick another shot.
Checkout went fine, car's battery hadn't been killed, so maybe I'm in the clear? When I get back to work, the door makes a weird noise when I open it. I press the lock/unlock. Nothing happens. It's messed up. Apparently the door has been re-assembled wrong, and no one thought to test it.

Bonus - My friend had his car in today too for warranty service. Goes to drive away and the hood is popped.

I don't understand how these guys stay in business. They either don't care, or they're idiots. Do yourself a favor, don't make my mistake. Stay away.

Update: Within 24 hours of posting this review, I was threatened via text message by Dave Pearce, one of the salesmen who works at DPatrick. He apparently took offense to my review, and said "you will meet me soon enough". Just another fine example of why you should be avoiding this company.

I had my vehicle serviced and oil changed. They quickly got me in and out and back on the road. James Wiley took my 9 year old son around and made him feel like he was king for a day. Love the friendly and courteous staff at D-Patrick!!

Just bought an Edge from Brandon Baker. Excellent service. Brandon did a great job of giving us options without being pushy. He stayed late to go over functions on the car and made us feel completely taken care of. Cody helped us fill out all the paper work. Can't say enough about the service and how we were treated.

I walked into D-Patrick Downtown looking for a vehicle, and walked out THE SAME DAY with my dream car. The service was of great quality, and the employees were helpful in finding the right car for me and my husband. I couldn't be more happy with the service and the car itself! We ended up choosing a 2014 Ford Focus right off the showroom floor!!! Thanks Fay and Don for all your hard work and help with getting me the best deal in Evansville!

"Uncle Dave" was super great and worked with my crazy schedule! I was nervous as a college student trying to find my first newer car but Dave was super helpful and really made me feel comfortable during the process. I love my new car and I will most definitely be sending everyone I know to Dave!

Needed service on my 16 Edge. Got me in in a matter of a few days. Had full service with tire rotation and new wipers. Was done in under an hour. Everyone was friendly and practiced safe distancing. Wouldn't take my care any where else.

This was the first service for our new Lincoln MXK. I arrived early, and they got the car right in and began work. This was and oil and filter change and a couple of other basic checks. I also had a tickety-tickety sound in the overhead console. The technician found a loose wire and resolved the issue. Car was washed and returned in a relatively short amount of time. Very satisfied.

Very disappointed that I was told by Kenny that D Patrick sells 200 cars a month and they are not like mom and pop dealers that have to worry about selling a car to everyone that walked in. I was shocked at that statement, what happened to treating every customer with respect. I walked out there without the vehicle I was wanting, apparently they didn't want to sell that SUV to me anyway!

I took my Ford Escape which I LOVE! in because the window would not go up or down. Brandon got me all taken care of. I however had to bring it back they needed a part. A little inconvenient they did their best! I loved the massage chair as I waited! I found out why it took a little longer was the guy working on my car had to change clothes because of spilling oil on himself. I ended waiting 2 hours. When I got my car the window works great no problems. It's just the window was not clean all smeary and still had tape on it from when they put the window up temporarily. I felt that they could have had least cleaned the window. Other than that Great Service!!

I took my 03 Navigator in for a diagnosis. I was told that I had low compression in 4 of the 8 cylinders. I was told that i was going to need to replace my engine. I asked how much it would cost and they quoted me approximately 10K. . . .10K!!! So for the last year i have been stressing bout this engine and saving money. . .I trusted what they told me. I took my car in for a second opinion. . . a vacuum leak. . .a $40 part. A FORTY DOLLAR PART! I ended up having $1000 worth of optional work done at another mechanics shop. I WILL NEVER recommend Ford Lincoln, they are scam artists with no scruples. Either that or they have no idea what they are doing in the shop. Either way that is a scary thought.

We traveled from Nashville to buy my husbands F150. Wow. What a great experience. Honestly the only time it was pleasant for us to buy a vehicle. Our salesman was fantastic, customer service remarkable, and we will definitely be back for an explorer for me, hopefully!

I had a great experience at D-Patrick Ford Lincoln. Dave Pearce was so nice and helped me get the vehicle I needed for my growing family. It didn't take long to go through all the financing and I was out the door! I'm happy with my purchase and I will be back when I need another new car.

I took my car in for routine oil change, tire rotation, etc. Adam came to me and said there was a problem with my lug nuts that that should have been a recall but wasn't. I needed to have them all replaced. I had to pay for them which didn't make me happy, but being a widow lady I am very thankful how y'all take care of me. Now I don't have to worry about being on the road and not being able to change my tire should I have to do that. Thanks again D-Patick.

Brought my vehicle in for service and everyone was friendly and my car has never felt or sounded better. I was disappointed that I was told a couple of times I could use a gift certificate for the labor only to find out that I couldn t because they came from the body shop. The person who told me was super apologetic about the mistake but I do wish the owner would have done the solid and honored it. All in all I would say this was a pleasant experience.

Just left there. Haven't bought something YET but the salesman Garrett Craig was by far the best help I have ever received anywhere. He was kind, knowledgeable, straight forward and above all was trying to help me with what was best for ME.
Go here, Ask for Garrett and whether you buy or not you will know you made a good choice.
Also, he said he will keep looking for what I need so I'm sure I'll be back.

Worst experience buying a car that I have ever had...

Worst experience buying a car that I have ever had. I drove 1.5 hours to look at a used 2011 BMW 335i they had for sale. I test drove the car and the first thing I noticed was a loud road noise. I proceeded to ask the sales rep what the noise was and he responded Road noise . I found that to be a interesting answer since it is a BMW. He said the tires are newer and it s just road noise. I ended up buying the car AS IS , under the premise that this car could have some problems and will have problems in the future. That I am ok with, any car will have problems when you actually drive it. When I got back to my home town, I had a local shop look it over. They found that the Road Noise I was experiencing was the rear tires were cupped and causing the noise. They took the tires off and found that the tires ranged from 7/32 to 1/32 across the tread. The minimal legal limit on tires is 2/32 of an inch. On top of that my mechanic informed me that two of the wheels were bent slightly, also contributing to the noise. I called D-Patrick to express my concern to them, and give them the opportunity to make it right. I spoke with the manager (Tim Keith), I asked why they would sell a car that wouldn t pass an inspection because of the tires, and their only response was you bought it As Is . It s funny how their attitude changes towards a customer after they have bought the car, and they already have your money. The only thing he offered me was to bring the car back that week and they would give me my money back. I asked if I would be reimbursed for the 700$ tires I put on it to get rid of the road noise and he said no. I asked if they would split the cost of the wheel fix and the tires, Tim replied that he couldn t. D-Patrick is ok with their customers having to spend 1000$ on vehicle maintenance 2 weeks after buying the car, 700$ for the tires and 290$ for the wheel straightening. The one thing he said he could do was a alignment, because the car was also out of alignment. I agreed to the alignment. When I came down to have it done, I was under the impression the alignment would be done at the BMW shop owned by that same company, D-Patrick. This was not so, he said that they would do it at the Ford shop. I know that BMW s have to be aligned using sand bags and it takes a lot more than they are capable of at this particular dealership. He said that its not a space ship, and they would do it but not with all the extras that BMW s require. This dealership is nothing but a bunch of liars that can t come through on any promises. I would advise to never buy a car from D-Patrick unless you want to be given the excuse train and the run around anytime you need them to follow through on their end. Save some money and headaches, and buy elsewhere.

Update: It has been 2 months now since my original review on 9/26/19 and I have not heard a word from them. This further solidifies my argument that this company is poorly run and cannot even perform service recovery correctly. Their silence is a direct admission of guilt.

I'd like to take a moment to than my salesman Kerry Draper for making the stressful experience of buying a new vehicle such an easy experience. After shopping around the Evansville area we were so comfortable with our first meeting with Kerry that we decided he was the salesman for us. We knew exaclty what we wanted and he really listened to us. We ended up ordering a new vehicle and got the call that it had been delivered to the dealership just 3 1/2 weeks later. Kerry had already discussed the pricing with us and we were very pleased with the difference between our trade in and the new vehicle. He was so prepared for us when we picked up our new vehicle that we were only at the dealership for a short time, most of which was spent going over the features of the vehicle and how to use them. Thanks again Kerry for really listening to us and spending your time trying to find what we wanted. We'll definitely be recommending you to others.

I brought an overbilling issues up with management days ago, with still no response. The service team was also unresponsive in my requests, even though the first salesperson indicated the work load was quite lite.

I've usually been happy with my service here, but this last time when I presented a coupon to the lady with the bill she had a crappy attitude, I can't take this off here, next time you come give it to the service guy. Well I hope I won't be here every other week myself, so if I forget excuse the heck out of me. But I've been here more times than I'd like already

Thanks to Kevin and Fay. Both of them were great to work with. I did purchase a 2010 Eddie Bauer and 2013 Lincoln MKX for my wife. Great SUV, rides real smooth and goes to fast according to my wife. We went in to buy a 2013 Edge and came out with the Lincoln with the rebates and discounts.
We sent another couple over to Fay and they came back with a Lincoln also.

I contacted the dealership via the internet from 500 miles away in Michigan. I was contacted promptly by Henry Hayden. He relentlessly pursued answers to my questions about the ultra low mile 2013 Mustang Boss 302 that I was interested in. The following day, his day off, he was in constant contact providing answers, sending pictures, putting me in touch with an expert Mustang Service Technician to better understand the modifications that had been performed by the first owner. Henry's attention to detail, caring attitude and constant followup gave me the confidence to make a hotel reservation and arrange for a one way rental car to drive to D-Patrick Ford Lincoln.

The next day. I left home at 5:15 AM, drove 8+ hours for a 1:00 PM appointment. When I arrived at their beautiful first class facility, I was met by Tim Keith, the General Manager, Henry Hayden, my Ford Product Specialist and Tracy, the Technician that was very helpful to the process.

We ultimately put the deal together. Kevin Overley, the Finance Manager, walked me through the details and provided me with a Ford Protect package that I wanted. I decided that I did not want to take delivery that evening as I would have to leave it in the hotel parking lot overnight. Henry came up with a plan to leave it in the Service Department and introduced me to Service Manager, Casey Hollander. Casey informed me he would be there before they opened the next morning at 7:00 to assist me.

My rental car had to go back to the airport by 5 PM. Henry offered to follow me and take me to my hotel afterwards. It doesn't get much better than that.

I arrived via taxi the next morning around 6:30 AM. One of the staff members let me in and Casey appeared minutes later. I loaded up my Mustang and had an issue syncing my phone. Casey stopped what he was doing and solved the issue for me. I fired up the Boss 302 and headed north to Michigan.

The experience could not have gone better. Love the car. THANK YOU HENRY and D-Patrick Ford Lincoln !!!

I'm actually very sad about this experience, and I don't review places often on Google. My experience with this dealership and their service center was a one-time event, and I will not be going back. Here are some of the reasons why:
-I spent over 5 and a half hours waiting on paperwork.
-There were open recalls on my car, which were not made clear to me and was not even pointed out.
-Their service center tried to charge me $50 for "plugging in" a stereo in the driver's side for "labor fees." I went in to try to talk the service guy down, he said it was not able to be removed. And when my guy friend went in to talk about it, it was mysteriously waived.
-They required me to drive back to Evansville a couple days after I got the vehicle (I'm from Lawrenceville, IL) just so I could get a front driver's license mount because they were out the first time, even though I called about it ahead of time.
-My tire blew out a week after I had it because the tire's treads were too thin.
-I called to talk to Mr. Keith (a general sales manager), and he never called me back. Even after I called on three separate occasions.
-I even tried to call for other sales managers, and somehow, no sales manager was to be found.

Update (8/14): Finally got through to Mr. Keith after 6 hours of calling last week, and he told my grandfather (he called because nobody picked up for my 15+ phone calls) that there was nothing to be done unless I wanted to spend an extra $3,000+ on a new car. No further contact has been received after this conversation besides the comment on my review.

I was pleased with the sale/trade but the service after the sale was horrible. 4 different people involved and not one took care of the issues at hand nor was anyone held accountable. Called to speak to manager 3-4 times before being spoken to and when I finally was able to be talked by the manager the call was disconnected and still have yet to get a return call, which tells me I the customer am not that important to them! Walking away an unsatisied customer.

The service was as expected, with the updates on how well our truck is performing. Hopefully Ford will use all data gathered from people like us to continue building the best trucks in the world.

Sales people and technicians have little knowledge of the vehicles they sell. I had problems with my car with in a month of buying it. I took it in to get worked on and they broke into my car doing damage to it, instead of properly using the key fob. They didn t fix the issue I was having with my car starting and they didn t even own up to their failure or damaging my vehicle. On top of that they failed to mail me my title work with 90 days. They really made me regret buying a car from them. Save yourself time and money, this was by far the worst customer service experience I ve had. The first time I posted this review it was deleted to cover up their mistakes.

Great salesman, but bought a brand new truck and have not been able to drive it due to a wiring issue. Not impressed with ford because I feel like I should be top priority when you spend 80,000 on a brand new truck.

Be aware of a hefty "destination fee" tacked on to the price, that will be justified by mentioning the "small print" and claiming that other dealerships charge it too. Despite the over $1k fee not being clearly listed in the total price online, nor being mentioned on the phone, neither the sales agent nor the manager would budge on the fee, despite having driven over 2 hours to hopefully purchase a van for the price of was listed. With the fee, the price was still quite reasonable, but I'd prefer to do business with a dealership that I don't feel is coming away with prices by misleading people and relying on the small print to jack up prices.

Everyone was so nice here before And after our purchase of a new truck. Had some issues with it but they were resolved immediately! Tim went above and beyond anything I've ever experienced. They truly care about their customer satisfaction not just selling autos! I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again!
