Absolutely worst car buying experience of my life. David Pierce told me I had a "brain disorder" and physically touched my head after I made a very reasonable offer on a truck. David is the most disrespectful sales man I have dealt with & I will never advise anyone to buy a vehicle at D Patrick.

I had a great experience in purchasing my new 2017 Ford Explorer. Bobbi Davis was my sales rep. and I wouldn't have it any other way. If you're looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle save yourself the hassle from driving to different lots and just go see Bobbi Davis at D-Patrick Ford.

Shopped for a vehicle here March. I found a car I was interested in so we started talking price. They refused to give me an overall price and would only talk in monthly payments. When I insisted on a total price, they left me alone (2hours) until I finally walked out.
Fast forward to June and I m still getting letters from banks all over for loans way above what my budget was. They applied to enough banks that my credit monitoring service alerted me to a decrease in my score.
These were for loans thousands above my budget. Not one or two, but up to six thousand dollars over my budget.
Not sure if this is illegal but buyer beware. When i finally found a car at a different dealership the entire process took one hour coming in at two thousand underbudget.

Drove three hours to purchase the $37,000 car. Looked at it under a service area roof and only saw a scratch on the door, which salesman acknowledged. Wasn't happy, but not a deal killer.
Took the car home to clean the filthy interior and noticed the driver seat has had a chemical spilled on the leather and is ruined. The passenger seat has two large scratches across it and is ruined. Drove all the way back (6 hr round trip). Dealer wants to dye the seats instead of replace them. Local detail shop, most highly rated and used by all of the auto dealerships where I live, said that dying the seat is ridiculous on a new car and not to waste the time.
Called sales manager at D-Patrick. Left detailed voice message. No response.
Called manager over all D-Patrick sales managers. Left detailed voice message. No response.
This is going to cost me $600 out of pocket to fix the driver seat, and that leaves the other seat that is scratched and the door that is scratched.
Not only would I obviously never do business with D-Patrick again, I would highly recommend that customers who want fair treatment shop anywhere other than D-Patrick. I consider them to be shameless crooks.

Way overpriced in the service department. We went to Rideout Transmission instead and got better customer service and a much better price for the work on the transmission. Lisa was rude on the phone so that was a deal breaker for us. Also, these people dispute any negative reviews (go do some scrolling, it's actually comical). They actually called my girlfriend's mom to try and get her to take down a negative review. Maybe try being decent humans and people won't leave bad reviews. Just a thought
UPDATE
We would have paid for the transmission repair, but you quoted us $400 higher for less work. Actually, everyone we called quoted us cheaper. We didn't want free work done on the car, just a reasonable price. I forgot to mention that my call got transferred AT LEAST 6 times when I asked for the service department to check on my car's status. Maybe check your calls for quality assurrance purposes because the aforementioned employee was rude. Sorry your so hurt, pal.

Awful experience. I received a call from a salesperson based on my inquiry into the SSR. I asked a few questions regarding the condition of the tires, belts, etc, as the car was 12 years old with 5k miles on it. All this person had to do was walk from her cubicle to the showroom floor and check the condition of the tires and belts (or simply ask someone). Two hours later, she calls back, gives me information about the car that wasn't even what I asked her to find out, and then told me that it was sold.
Update after their reply - Their reply is completely untrue. She called me at 10am on Monday and told me the vehicle was still available. Why would I inquire about the condition of a vehicle that already had a deposit and was sold? In the two hours it took her to "put her hands on the vehicle", the deposit was made and the car was sold. To all potential customers of this business, please do not listen to their spin.

I scheduled an appt online for oil change, etc. When I arrived at the assigned time, I was not found on the schedule. Later I figured out that I had mistakingly scheduled my appt for a different location. D Patrick worked me into their schedule so I did not have to come back at a later date. They were courteous and most obliging. Thank you so much for your service!

I made an appointment to look at a car and guidance on financing. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and ever taking out any form of loan. I drove an hour for a grumpy salesman & no guidance! I just wanted someone to show me a car, give me insight on the brand, and how to potentially reach my goal. Let's turn those frowns upside down D-Patrick!

I used the online reservation tool to book my service appointment. I arrived fifteen minutes early, only to wait an hour and forty-five minutes for my car to be pulled into the service station.
Another half-hour passed before I left, with only part of the work completed. It was a simple oil change, tire rotation, and 10,000 mi inspection. They weren't able to address the warranty work (which was clearly described in the online reservation request) and now I have to re-book to finish that job.
Some warranty work was denied, as it is 'normal' for the handle on the hatchback to flex and pop off when closing. (No it isn't!). I was told only my original selling dealer (Town and Country) might consider that warranty work.
FORD Dealers - get your act together. This is not how you gain or retain customers.

Have made two purchases through D-Patrick. One in Booneville and one at the 41 location. Corey Vasquez was my sales guy both times and he has been awesome. I sent my family there, and my buddy as well. If you're in the market for a new ford this is the place to go. I was unable to get help at any other dealer even in my home state.
Extremely disappointed in the service department. ...
Extremely disappointed in the service department. I took my 2005 Sport Trac in after a check engine light indicated codes P0306 and P0316 (misfire on cylinder 6). I personally replaced the spark plugs, wires, and coil pack as an attempt to quickly fixe the issue. Both codes disappeared but the engine was still misfiring. I decided a dealership would be best suited for further diagnosing since they have high-end scanning equipment and extensive data bases. I took the truck into D Patrick (where I originally purchased the truck) and advised the service department personnel of the codes, my attempts at correcting the issue, and that I suspected a broken valve spring.
A few days later, I received a call from the service department advising that after removing the valve cover, the cylinder head needed to be removed. Before I could ask questions, I was told that both cylinder heads needed to be removed. I ve rebuilt many engines and I ve never had to remove both heads to correct an issue with a single cylinder. I requested a meeting with the mechanic to get a very good explanation for removal of both heads. When I asked to see the results of the cylinder leak down test (which would tell you to remove the cylinder head), the back peddling began. He couldn t even give me the pressure readings nor provide scanning equipment results. After a short conversation I was told that I would be wasting my time with my high mileage truck and that a new engine ($7,000) would be the best solution. Now my truck only has 110,000 miles on it, which in my opinion is still new seeing as I ve driven every Ford I ve owned to slightly over 300,000 miles. Ending the conversation, I requested that my parts be put into a box and my truck pushed outside for pickup and paid the bill. I ended up trailering my truck 60 miles to Ruxer Ford in Jasper, IN for a second opinion. After a week in the shop, a broken valve spring was in fact the solution (which can be corrected without removing either cylinder head).
I m simply writing this review because I feel like D Patrick was attempting to take advantage of my situation. Fortunately, I ve rebuilt a few engines, so they couldn t scare me into a brand-new vehicle off the lot. I ended up paying $900, most of which was paying Ruxer to reassemble the work D Patrick performed (nowhere near that $7,000 new engine) Take away what you want, but I will no longer do business with D Patrick. Ruxer on the other hand was professional and communicated every step of the way. I will continue to do business with Ruxer even if they are an hour out of my way.

The website worked very well for me and had all the information I needed to make a decision on which car I was going to test drive...and I looked at every dealership in the region that had a website. John McGraw (salesman) was incredible to work with. He was quick to get all the information I needed and worked with us on financing, answering all of my questions with patience. The whole team stayed after hours until we got through everything. I will definitely buy from here again. I can't wait to go to the classes to learn about my vehicle and maintenance! I've never had that option before.

My husband and I visited the lot on Saturday, July 28th, to inquire about a purchasing a new Mustang. After walking around the lot for about 30 mins we had to go in to even get anyone to help us as they were all huddled in the office having a good ole time. The salesman we ended up dealing with was really nice, but the manager and people in the finance offices came off as very rude and cocky. We have never had issues when making a deal on a vehicle with any other dealerships. This place was absolutely horrible to deal with! We really got the impression they really didn t want to waste their time with us and really didn t want to make the deal. We will never return to any D Patrick lots to do any business!!
Furthermore, It s amazing what you miss out on when you snub people! I want to give A HUGE thank you to D Patrick Ford for not wanting to do business with us because it gave us the opportunity to find an amazing salesman and team at Town and Country Ford! If you want to be treated with dignity and respect then I highly recommend to anyone to give John McGraw at Town and Country Ford the pleasure to get you in to the car you want!! We we able to get the Mustang we were looking for and the deal was smooth and hassle free!

One of the worst experiences in all the times I've bought cars there this was one of the worst. It was all over a key fob that they didn't have and didn't want to get me another one. My salesman was fine but the salesmanager didn't want to get me another fob.

We bought a truck here in December. Overall, we had a great experience with finding a nice vehicle and getting in our trade. However, during the sale, I was assured I would receive my second key fob and key. When I was there, they could only locate one, but we knew a second existed because my key fob says 1 of 2. I put trust in the salesman and the manager when they told me this, but unfortunately there was no follow-through. Throughout the next few weeks, I called various salespeople and managers multiple times, and no one would help me. I left voicemails with administration and received no return calls. Apparently once you make the deal and leave the lot, you mean nothing to them.
UPDATE: I sent an email to the email listed below in the response from the company and received no response there, either. After another 6 days, my salesman called me and said the keys miraculously appeared on his desk, and I received them a few days later. I'm glad to have my keys, but the whole experience, the lack of communication, and the lack of even an apology were very frustrating.

By a wide margin the most helpful sales staff I've worked with at any dealer. By a wide margin, the WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I've ever dealt with at any dealer.
We own two Lincolns. A 2011 MKX and 2014 MKZ (Thanks, Henry!). We've had the 2011 MKX in for brake problems, entertainment center problems and lastly the vehicle spontaneously loses all power in traffic and the dashboard lights up like a christmas tree. Three trips in for the brakes and we gave up. I hear the brakes grind daily when my wife backs out of the driveway to leave for work. The nav system took two trips to dpatrick before they replaced it. As I'm writing this, dpatrick called and told us they can't figure out how to fix our MKX losing all power despite the issue being widely documented all over the internet. (google it to see for yourself--"lincoln mkx loses all power")
Our problems with this dealer and this review are rooted in how this dealer chooses not to solve problems; not the reliability of the vehicles they sell because the manufacturer's quality is beyond the dealer's control.
I couldn't be happier with the sales experience but the service experience is consistently heartbreaking to the point where I don't trust them anymore.
It's really, really bad. We've owned virtually nothing but Fords and Lincolns for decades and never experienced any issues until dealing with this location. There's a culture problem in the service department at this dealership rooted in arrogance, apathy or Dunning-Kruger that seemed to start when they relocated from downtown to Lloyd & 41. Tragedy to see them spiral like this. They used to be great.

Great selection of vehicles. Sales person we have been dealing with is pathetic. We even tried a new person today and they pawned us back off on the pathetic one. Two days of trying to get numbers and or test drive the vehicle we want with no success. No sense of urgency. No attention to detail. Don't listen.
Time to try a different Ford dealership.

I bought a car from D-Patrick and about 20 miles off the lot my TPMS light came on. I took it to a shop and all four of the sensors were bad. The only explanation for this is that D-Patrick reset the sensor before selling it to me. Not only is that a shady thing to do but it's a terrible business decision. Help me get the word out. I will never buy a car from them again. I recommend that you do not either.
