Awesome job...they really take the time to make sure everyone is happy!! Thanks guys!!!
Only had my oil changed here, but they beat the national advertised ford coupon on the Web by 10 bucks. Service time was about average but the waiting area was very comfortable. Free popcorn, coffee and water. I WILL GO BACK!
I had a very good experience working with Dylan Simmons and Kevin in finance. Dylan helped me pick out and test drive my new Ford Fiesta. Dylan explained how things worked in the car. How to raise the seat was very important for me, being on the short side. Dylan even made sure I stayed hydrated with little bottles of water during the process. My experiences with D-Patrick have always been positive and there was different this time other than having a great assist from Dylan.
Truly the most relaxed buying experience, unlike any other dealership you've ever experienced.
D-Patrick Boonville, My first lease was with Corey Vasquez and his brother. I was rushed through the process and told that anytime during the 5yr lease I could return it and they would take care of me. My bad for believing their lies. For a car dealership that is as low as you can go. So to the point I will never do business with D-Patrick again. I will continue telling everyone I know not to do business with D-Patrick. You don't even deserve one star.
Henry Hayden and the rest of the team did a great job of helping me find the car I wanted and kept me within my budget. This was the easiest experience I've had buying a car - ever (and I've bought a lot).
Henry Hayden is awesome! He is not your typical car salesman. He is there to sell you a vehicle you need or want, and he follows up with all requests.
Really and truly, you need to ask for Henry. You won't be disappointed.
I love Dpatrick Ford! I receive excellent customer service every time I come there. Cody S. in the service department always helps me with all my vehicle needs, provides phenomenal customer service, and very professional! You guys have a great team and I will be a life long customer!
Went to buy one and left with two vehicles. Kenny was a great salesman. Will purchase from him and D Patrick Ford again!
Friendly, professional and timely. It's a pleasure all day after a start like that. Thanks for the uplifting attitudes and attention.
Steer clear of this service department!!!
I bought my car at this dealership, as well as three other vehicles purchased by my household.
The service department at this dealership has steadily declined over the past few years. First, we take our C max to be fixed numerous times for the same issue, and eventually had to sell it because they couldn t figure out what was wrong with it. Next we took a Ford focus to them to have the transmission looked at. They returned it to us saying it was in factory specs. The warranty was getting ready to expire so we got a second opinion at Dempewolf Ford. The technician at Dempewolf drove the vehicle around the parking lot and immediately knew it needed a new clutch. Finally, we ve had our Lincoln town car worked on four times, and the issue still exists. While I understand additional trips are sometimes needed to fix a problem, the manager over the service department Peter O Daniel refused to give me a loaner vehicle because he only had three available and is not going to give me a vehicle over the weekend . Instead he wants me to make another trip to the dealership next week. Is $2500 in repair costs not enough?
I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE OR GET MY CAR FIXED HERE AGAIN!!!
Henry Hayden alone is worth coming to D-Patrick! He is kind, caring, HONEST, and respectful!! He gave us plenty of time to think about our decision and went out of his way to make sure we left in the vehicle we were wanting. Incredible to work with and I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new vehicle as he is incredibly knowledgeable and a class act salesman!! Thanks, Henry!!! When the time comes we will be back and asking for you!
As usual, the service department exceeded my expectations. Very personable and professional. D Pat gets all maintenance work on both of our vehicles because of the work quality and the ease of doing business.
Too notch. Professional. Thorough and on time as promised.
Great and excellent service . Hospitality was on point! Thank you Stephanie for a great experience!
Took my car in to fix the cruise control. Had to order a part. Came in early next day had it ready for me by lunch. Also they saw that I had a recall with my vehicle and went ahead and fixed that for me as well.
Was very pleased with the experience my dad received here. Was helped By Wayne Renfrow, and he did a great job. Showed him all the options while being very patient and understanding to find him something he was comfortable in. Would recommend him to anyone considering buying a car.
Superior service! They made me feel like family and not a customer. My service was done before expected and they washed my SUV before returning it to me. Btw...huge TV in customers lounge. I would recommend anyone with a Lincoln or Ford to make an appointment for your next service! The price was great too!!
Today we bought our second Explorer and the customer service here was second to none. We were treated as if they had known us forever. Everyone was so friendly and personable and we never got the feeling that we were being pushed into buying anything. I cannot recommend this place enough!! Ask for "Uncle Dave". He's the best!
WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Wife and I are from Mt Vernon/Evansville but currently an Air Force family stationed in Virginia. We came into town on a Thursday on leave for a funeral as well as see family before our little one starts school. On Friday our Ford Flex was overheating and leaking coolant. After a few hours at a local shop the person advised us it needed to go to an actual Ford technician. Understandable so our insurance covered a tow to D-Patrick Ford on Walnut. It got to them after hours and just in time for a weekend so we called on Monday morning to ensure that they knew it was on their lot and what for. We advised them of our situation about needing to leave town by Wednesday to get back in time before my leave ends. We were informed on Monday good news. That it was covered under warranty, the part would be in Tuesday, we'd receive a courtesy car and they guaranteed the vehicle would be done Wednesday. Wednesday we called close to closing as we hadn't heard an update. We were told sorry it'll be done Thursday. Thursday same thing, told oh it will be Friday. We understand it needed to be taken back apart for a tweaking but that was on Wednesday. Finally my wife and I decide to come in face to face as at this time I had to inform my unit leadership of my situation in hopes that they would not expect me to fork out last minute plane ticket. We advised them this. We ALSO advised them that their lack of service and word of mouth costed us an extra $200 dollars to board our dogs. The individual we spoke too, Scott was super unprofessional. He had his hands over his head, feet up on the desk the whole time we talked to him. He nor his counterpart next to him Casey seemed to truly care. Continued to blow us off and sent us on our way. Casey himself was getting lippy. It took my wife restraining me from blowing up on the lack of respect and professionalism. We finally got our vehicle back on Saturday. That individual that day sincerely apologized and said he honestly thought we were getting our vehicle back Thursday and explained that the Service advisors kept pulling our assigned technician off our vehicle to work on other vehicles therefore leaving ours sitting. I am now having to answer to my First Sergeant upon my return to Virginia, Monday morning. As well them costing our family an extra $200 in pet boarding fees. Despite knowing our situation all week they continued to toy us around, never once did they call us first to give an update. It was as if we were babysitting. We have never once asked or expected special treatment being military but if this is how we were treated in our time of mourning and quick visit home we will never be back and we always recommend our friends and family to go elsewhere. Our family we stayed with was in disbelief that they dragged a** all week, continued to not stand by their word and then were lippy when we would call or come in for a status. Truly the worst service experience we have ever encountered.
Matt
I took my Mustang in as part of the airbag recall program. I was told that the procedure would take about an hour and that is how long it took. All of the people in the service department that I dealt with were very professional and represented the dealership very well. One never really wants to take a car in for service but it is reassuring to know that when you do, you will be treated as a valued customer.
Shawn helped us find the exact vehicle we were looking for again . We appreciate his personable attitude and great service. Tim was good to work with as well.
We recently traded in our 2005 F-150 Supercrew at D-Patrick for a new F-250 Diesel. We worked directly with Oscar Merrick and the Store Manager, Tim. We only purchase vehicles every 6 to 10 years and it is not something that I enjoy. Our experience at D-Patrick was one of the best car buying experiences that we have had. They worked with us on the price we needed and did not attempt to "play any games" or be anything but straight forward. I highly recommend the D-Patrick crew and this is the first place we will go for our next Ford.
If I would buy a Ford this is where I would buy it from
the salesman did an great job and your finance person answer all our questions an was thorough. The selection of MKZ was very good. The main complaint an what cost you a 5 star is the fact that the inside of a new MKZ was not cleaned at all and we found food crumbs smudges on doors. In all fairness the salesman offered to take it to the back an clean it, but it was late an we had a two plus hour drive home. Also it was not detail at all and upon farther exam found where some one had run up on a curb on the rear passenger side. This was a 2014 that was us as a demo car so? there u go. The salesman stated he would send me a package to touch up the scrape area? Ok
Bobbi Davis was my primary sales contact. She was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. In no way could she be considered "high pressure". I told her what I was looking for and she helped me find it. The sales manager explained the POV of the dealership while understanding my needs as a buyer. This was a good buying experience and I had no "buyer's regret" for a second.
They had to replace my InSync computer system. Only concern was that it took almost 3 weeks to get replacement in. Had replaced in about 3 hours. Was an inconvenience not having navigation, radio, heat control for that time. I don't think that this problem had been experienced by Ford before. Was out from Jan 15th till Feb. 3rd. D-Patrick personel were as helpful as they could be.
Most helpful parts department. Work on my own vehicles but have never bought from them.
Dylan Simmons was very courteous and professional as my salesperson. Answered all my questions I had and helped me find my beautiful Velocity Blue F-150 I am now driving. Very blessed..Thank you Dylan...
Dave Pearce is great! Very helpful, easy to talk to.
I purchased a vehicle on Saturday from dpatrick here in Evansville it was a 2008 Chevy TrailBlazer they drove smooth it no lights I paid $4,000 for it filled up the gas tank brought it home that night I decided I was going to go to town and get some stuff that I needed..On the way back to Evansville Check Engine light came ON. When we ran the codes the codes had been reset a couple days before purchase but abs sensor was bad..steering sensor was bad and it needed a new thermostat. When I went back to DPatrick to let them know the problem they said that the vehicle was bought as is..they said it was my problem to deal with ..DO NOT BUY FROM D-Patricks..
Very courteous maintenance personnel. Explained what possible issues could be. Was very cost conscious when making the repairs.
Because of length of repairs I was given a ride home and was picked up when repairs were complete.
Everyone was very friendly and courteous.
Have bought my last two, brand new, Fords from D-Pat Ford. Agree with other reviews sales are great but you can not get service to talk or take care of you. Was sold an extended warranty, called to see about repair, service refused to look up warranty instead transferred me to Finance Department. Was transferred back to service still got no where. Gave up.
They were amazing! No pressure and everyone went above and beyond!
Best service in town. Always quick and they always top off my fluids.
Service was excellent. Repairs were done quickly. They took me to work after I dropped off my vehicle. They picked me back up after the work was completed. I felt the repair cost was high. That's the only thing that keeps me from giving my experience 5 stars.
I went to buy a truck. I called and scheduled a time and told them the truck I found online. I went at the time and the truck was on another lot. I waited. I decided on a different truck I saw on the lot. Filled out paperwork. They ran my credit, and I waited. after 4 hours at the dealership, I suggested I leave and they call me. They never did. I called them 3 times. I know my credit score and told them before I even applied. I had figured up my payments with loan app and knew what I could afford. They never even told me anything. When I called I was put on hold and cut off. I called back and left a message. I finally went to another dealership and bought a new F140 truck. IDK what the problem was. The salesman was very kind and seemed concerned but... I won't go back ever.
Shelley was wonderful and did a great job! Thank You so much for your help :)
Couldn't have been any easier. The staff was fantastic on getting me a loaner and the work was done in half the time I was initially told. Staff is very professional and very helpful.
Got awesome service from Garrett Craig! I highly recommend him and D'Patrick for your next new car! Very happy with our new Nissan Rogue
I was looking for a car that would meet my needs at a price I could afford. Fay Siebers met the challenge. She found me an awesome Ford Fiesta that was even nicer than I had expected! She had it detailed for me before I picked it up and she followed up with me after the sale to make sure the car was the right one for me. What really impressed me is that she sought the car I wanted and didn't just steer me to more of a car than I needed. In short she listened to me. That goes along way for me! My wife and I will definitely be buying another car from her when the time comes.
Henry and Mark did a great job helping us with our new car. Couldn't have been happier.
Vicky and I were extremely satisfied the way we were treated during the entire process of the purchase of our 2019 Ford F150 XLT. Our salesperson Kenny Watson was very professional and friendly and very well versed in his work ethics. We would also like to thank all of the people that had a part in helping us with our purchase, we will definitely get the word out about the way we were treated. Thank you to all involved including those that stayed late to get our truck ready so we could drive it home that evening, you all did an excellent job.
Thank you,
From us, Harold and Vicky Culbertson
Bought many vehicles at Dpatrick over the years. My last purchase was an f150 from Kenny Watson. He was very upfront and easy to deal with. But hands down the best thing they have going for them is the service advisor Brent Halterman. My truck has had a few issues and every time I need service Brent takes very good care of me and my vehicle. He is the best service advisor at any dealership I have used.
The customer service in the service department is excellent. All of the men working the desks are polite and very helpful.
