I had the check engine light come on yesterday, and dropped the truck off without an appointment. They had the diagnosed and fixed by lunch time. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Awesome job, guys!!!
Service fairly quick. It was a pleasant experience with free popcorn, water, lemonade, movies, and special massage chair if you choose to use. Quite different than other service centers.
Henry, you did a great job with our purchase. You answered our questions and were honest when you did not know, but willing to get the answer. Discovering the driver mat was missing, after we purchased the Lincoln was a shock, your willingness to get one for us is truly appreciated. Being a former jewelry salesman I know the value of good customer service, you certainly met the challenge. Thanks for the floor mat and sending the atlas I forgot in the Cadillac. It was worth the 2 hour drive to do business with you (and Dustin).

Everything was as stated, we enjoyed our experience to the fullest. Vehicle was ready, we were greeted immediately by our salesman upon arrival. The paperwork was handled professionally and then we were given a through training on the operations of our new vehicles electronic equipment. Dealership was clean and all the people were extremely professional in our interactions. I initiated this purchase via the internet, we then drove about 165 miles to complete this deal. That will prevent us from utilizing the service department for routine maintenance but I would think that department is as professional as the sales department. Yes I would do it again if and whenever I purchase another vehicle. D Patrick Ford is #1 with me.
Love our new Continental. Service was to change the small rear triangle window that for some reason came tinted. Cody took care of us admirably. He gets an A+.
This is our 3rd Lincoln purchased from D-Patrick. We traded in a 96 Towncar on an MKX, next was our MKC and now the Continental. Paul Mullen was the salesman for all three vehicles and has been great. He also gets an A+.
I also own a Lincoln 2007 Mark LT truck that you guys have been servicing for me. We've never had a bad service experience with you and can't imagine why we would ever look elsewhere. Add to that I guess we're just natural Lincoln people.

Check went smooth. My paperwork was all ready for me to sign. Work was performed inthe expected time frame and the cost, though higher than last time, was as advertised.
It would be nice if the paper floor mat and hang tag were removed from the car.
The service team at the Walnut street location is amazing. I recently had to go to a local non Ford dealership for a truck we had purchased from a friend and the friend had lost a key. The experience was bad enough that it made me recognize MY dealership spoils us.

It's reassuring when you take your car to D-Patrick for routine service. They already know what service needs to be done or items checked at that time. It takes the worry out of maintaining your car.
Well pulling off the lot we was happy....Kinda we felt like we were told alot of things the car had and then come to find out gotta pay for this and that.... Then problems started 4 days in we noticed a screw in our tire no warning lights nothing came on in the car tire was holding air I took it to the dealership hoping they would be good to us seeing we hadn't really even drove the car but a few miles since purchasing it! Nope they were no help they suggested I buy a new one and that it couldn't even be patched..... little did they know they wasnt speaking to a female dummy I been turning wrenches since I could stand I was very irritated. I felt like they were trying to weasle anything they could out of me "I wasnt given in." Momma didnt raise no fool. I ended up not paying them 240 bucks but drove the car across town and it was fixed by our loyal mechanics of 5 years for completely free tire was patched and I was on my way! We will not be buying again from them we were very transparent buyers and stayed upfront with them and felt like they where just trying to sell us dreams and a quick sell, on the upside in the next 5 years we will be purchasing atleast 3 more vehicles possibly 4 they could of gotten sales from but instead due to their pettiness of not making it right we will just go else where. Where we can make sure issues like this will be made correct. I guess you live and learn and ya never let a dealer take more and more money out your pocket!
An appointment was available when I needed it, my truck was taken right into the service area when I arrived, folks at the dealership were friendly and helpful, no issues with the work performed, and the cost was very reasonable. What else could I ask for?
What can I say? Sales people trying to sell cars. Prices too high for used "as is" vehicles. I did buy one and of course it had issues.

Went to the dealership to check out a freshly added Civic SI I found on car gurus. Talked to Alison and set an appointment at 11 am and a call from the dealership the morning of the appointment confirming said appointment. I got to the dealership saying they moved the car to another dealership and were trying to sell it to someone else. I had an appointment schedule and you still try to hand it off to someone else? Just stupid.

9/15/17 Went in for a warranty reason and Brent got me in quickly since I was going out of town. My issue was diagnosed and repaired same day which is very helpful when you live 50 miles from dealership. Thanks to Luis for his quick repair as well.
Our salesman was Michael Coleman and he did a great job of going over all the features of the F150. He led us through the app and showed us all the buttons, knobs, features, etc. He even led me through and showed me how to use the self parallel parking feature. He was patient with us and spent a good deal of time making sure we understood everything and gave us his business card and said to not hesitate to call if we needed any further help. Thanks Michael!

Piss poor service! Most definitely will never go there again. First they could not tell us how long they were going to have are vehicle so I would know how long I would be renting one of theirs. The lady that we talked to was nothing but rude and would not tell us in detail what was going on with are vehicle. They broke a bolt that was apart of the starter and told us that WE had to pay for it. Well we did NOT give it them broke their mechanic broke it. And then they tell us there is a safety problem with are vehicle. Ok what is it? They sent us pictures of there mechanic pointing at the problem and didn't tell us exactly what was wrong with it. Very poor pictures and the guy wasn't pointing directly at the problem so we called them back to figure out what was the problem. And when we finally go to get are vehicle we are getting nothing but a run around and they didn't have are bill ready at all waited for an hour for them to get it right because we were NOT going to pay for the starter that they broke. And when we were driving are vehicle we noticed that it wasn't driving right so get home looked it over everything seemed all right but when I went to shake the tire well what do you know are problem was that the mechanic did NOT TIGHTEN THE LUG NUTS BACK UP!!!! That could have destroyed are vehicle!! So now anyone that ask me where to take there vehicle it will NOT be D-Patrick on Lincoln Avenue. Never again!!!

I know this because I started receiving emails in my fathers name. About 2 days after that I started getting (UNSOLICITED) text messages for my father about voting for political candidates. DO NOT USE!

I was happy with the quality of the service as well as the price. Everything I asked to be repaired was done correctly. My car was completed sooner than expected. I wish your service hours were longer. I couldn't take off work to pick up my car so I never spoke to anyone in the service department face to face. I also was disappointed there was no information in the mechanic's story on the inspection line of the repair order. I assume this means everything is good, but are my tires getting close? Brakes? Did anything else come up on the inspection? I am a mechanic myself and am very meticulous about my stories because the customer deserves to know what is going on with their vehicle.

Drove 2 hours to this place after talking to Kenny and the internet sales person. They sent me about 20 pics of the truck I wanted, so I gave them a deposit over the phone. When I arrived 2 days later, the truck had a 15" inch black Bondo patch on the rear end that had never been repaired! I'm pretty sure I laughed, since this was conveniently left out of all the pictures they sent me. It has also been quite a while since I have experienced a dealer straight up lying to me. I have never received my deposit refund either after calling and texting several times. So now they have lied and actually stolen from me. I have begun the process with my attorney to take them to court if it comes to that. We'll see! Buyer beware!

I made an appointment to test drive a car that was on the website. The appointment was for 2:30. At 1:45 the person that contacted me to set up the appointment texted me to make sure that I was still coming. I said that I was. I arrived at 2:30 and was told that the car had been sold earlier in the day but that they would be happy to help me find another car. Instead of texting me that the car had sold they chose to waste my time. I will not be back.
Worst car buying experience of my life. I purchased a 2014 Ford Edge from Dave on Saturday, January 26th. I initially came to look at the car and test drove it on January 19th. During the test drive the car needed to be started due to a dead battery, and it had heat problems resulting in them having to replace the thermostat. During the week I went back and forth with Dave, making sure the thermostat had been fixed and that the battery was okay.
I picked the car up on January 26th, and when I got there the price was $1200 higher than what I had agreed to. Apparently tax and title fees aren t mentioned in the sales pitch. I was promised a second key, and I left my garage door opener in my trade-in vehicle.
Immediately I contacted Dave and he agreed to send me the spare key that he had to find and the garage door opener.
On Sunday the 27th the radio in the car went out. I contacted Dave and he called me the 28th and said that my spare key and garage door opener had been mailed out. He also said that someone would contact me about the radio and that it probably just needed a master reset.
I waited until Monday the 4th to ask Dave again about my second key and garage door opener. He stated that my key and garage door opener had been returned due to invalid address. He said on Tuesday the 5th he would get it sent out again.
No one had contacted me regarding getting the Edge in for a reset, either. i sent Dave a video of what my radio was doing and he suggested a Sync reset. I did the reset and let him know it didn t fix it. On the 6th I messaged him again regarding getting my car in and he never (to this day) had messaged me back.
At this point I called and left a message for Keith on the 6th and never got a call back.
Dave sent me an email on the 7th letting me know he had decided to keep my key and garage door opener until I could come up . Being in Owensboro I hadn t made any plans to go to Evansville outside of trying to get this car fixed, which no one wants to call me back on.
On the 8th Dave said again that he would mail them to me and I offered to pay for shipping and provided a PO Box number.
I checked my PO Box on the 15th of February and still no package. I called and spoke to a sales manager who said he would get back in touch with me. Still haven t heard anything.
In the mean time I ve had to take this car to the local Ford Dealer and spend $400 to get a new battery and this radio repaired.
0/10 would never do business with them again.

Sorry but a new dealership with a multi-million dollar store should have cameras to see potential buyers & come over to greet us.

I contacted this dealership for information pertaining to a vehicle they had advertised via internet. I was first contacted by Alissa Pfettscher, sales and leasing consultant, who said she would be assisting me. After a couple of days, I never heard back, so I reached out to her. I never heard back from Alissa, instead I was then, contacted by Dylan Simmons, another sales rep. I asked him for the same specific information I asked of Alissa. He also told me he would get that information for me, then what followed next in the days to follow, was me receiving emails from Dylan having nothing to do with the information I requested. Now the vehicle I was very interested in is sold. To bad because I had a few people looking to buy Ford Raptors, guess we ll be taking our business elsewhere since no one here wants to do their job.

Great place to buy a car. No pressure. Service is second to none. Great deals especially at the end of the month. Also try out the massage room with the best massage chair and TV.
