I want to thank everyone for taking care of me and my 2004 Crown Victoria. I also want to thank everyone for the loaner car while mine was being repaired that save me a lot on rental. I specially want to thank Jacki Keith and Tony Ricketts at the D-Patrick Motoplex on Green River Road for all the help you've given me and getting my car repaired.

Bought my last 2 trucks from here and usually it's a good experience, but one lady taking my money for service and acting exasperated when I hand her a coupon and telling me she cannot deduct this and next time would I remember to give it to the service guy, really? I'm sorry it's too much for you to get off your butt and walk 15 feet to help a customer, I've spent the last 10 hours in a factory with no air conditioning or comfy chair just so I can pay for a truck from ungrateful people. I'll , do my business somewhere else next time
Coordinating the service for our site's work truck was very easy and quick, and their service team was very accommodating with having to re-schedule the appointment so I could support the site's requirements. Great work!
Lisa is rude and has no customer service skills. None. She is the sole reason we moved our car to a different shop.
Edited to add: Dpatrick contacted me and asked me to take this review down. I'm not going to do that. Lisa was unhelpful, spoke over me, never attempted to get my contact information. I never asked for anyone to work on the car free of charge. I asked if it was possible that this issue was under recall (because this exact issue IS under recall for the manual model). I'm sorry that "this is a family owned business and that bad reviews hurt your reputation" - maybe you should take this up with Lisa. I would like the man responding to the reviews to consider the fact that I do not gain - or lose - anything from leaving this review. This is your transaction lost, not mine. Lastly, we took our car to Rideout Transmission (NOT the original shop) and they have been outstanding. Thank you Rideout Transmission!
Noticed the differential seal on our 2005 F350 had very small wet spot around it, thought preventive maintenance, right? Took it to D Patrick Ford, they stated it was going to be done a certain day, called and stated they had to send it out and it would be a day later. We don't drive the F350 except to pull our 5th Wheel. June comes around, we go to Jacksonville, FL for Mayo clinic with our 36 foot 5th wheel. The night before we leave with our 5th wheel back to Evansville, the truck makes a funny grinding noise. We take it to a Ford dealership in Jacksonville, FL. They tell us that the differential is flooded with a bunch of water and that we should be more careful putting our boat in the water. We don't own a boat and tell them this. They say that or a flood is the only way that much water could be in the differential barring someone putting it in on purpose. At this time, the F350 only has gone less than 3000 miles since D Patrick did the differential which included the drive down there and all of our driving while in Jacksonville. We called D Patrick and of course the warranty on that work has expired and they deny having to out source the work on the truck. The truck was not driven much in Evansville before that time and certainly not during any flood. Guess D Patrick had a heavy boat to move before returning our truck to us and it got away from them. The work didn't even show up on the "my ford site" where it supposedly records all the repairs done to a vehicle by a dealership. Other repairs have, but not this one.
This is the 3rd car I purchased at this location. Kenny Watson has worked hard for me each time to get the deal I want. Jace is awesome and so is the finance team. Great place!
Great experience shopping at d-pat! Elijah Haygan us an amazing salesman and a pleasure to work with. Came in on his day off and I am truly grateful for his help. I will recommend d-patrick to others based on the service and time that was given to us by Elijah!
The only issue I had, is that they need more signs on Walnut Street, to show people who have not been there before, where the service department is. The staff was very nice, and the car seems to be fine.
Great Experience. We plan on coming back for our next vehicle. Salesman made everything easy and very helpful setting up the vehicle so it was ready to drive down the road. Thanks for a great experience D-Patrick.
I made the almost four hour trip to D Patrick Ford the day before Thanksgiving to purchase a used Ford F-150. The salesperson that I worked with, Dave Pearce, was quick to respond to my calls beforehand and made the purchase process easy. However, my experience in the week following has been nothing short of terrible.
During the inspection it was determined that the truck I was purchasing had a couple of issues that needed to be addressed. It was expressed to me that one of those issues, the front brakes, would be addressed by the service department prior to my arrival. While they could not replace it in the time frame provided, the dealership went as far as discounting the purchase price to assist with the repair of the other issue, a faulty driver's side blend door actuator. I was very satisfied upon leaving the dealership in the F-150 and felt that I had been treated well.
On 12/2 I took the truck to a local mechanic to assess the driver's side blend door actuator. While there, it was revealed to me that the front brakes were in need of replacement. Imagine the shock I felt when I found out that the repairs I had been promised prior to my arrival were blatantly ignored.
Over the past three days I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the salesperson that I worked with, Dave Pearce, as well as the General Manager and Sales Manager. I'm not a person that writes reviews on products or businesses, but the lack of customer service that I've received on this issue is appalling. I'm not an unreasonable person and realize that I purchased a used vehicle that will necessitate repairs - that can be evidenced by the close to $2,000 I am willingly paying to replace the blend door actuator and HVAC unit case assembly. However, it's unacceptable to lead a customer to believe that an issue on a vehicle is being addressed and then fail to do so. Most of all, I'm shocked by the apparent lack of interest in addressing the issue now that they have title to my trade-in and the check I wrote to cover the truck I purchased. I can see what the priorities of this dealership are, and I have no intentions on recommending them to anyone I know going forward.
I should add that on my way home from the dealership a tire pressure sensor warning came on. I pulled over thinking that maybe something had punctured the tire, but unfortunately that was not the case. It appears that the dealership knowingly reset the tire pressure sensor indicators with the understanding that whomever bought it would have to replace them soon after purchase. Just another example of the poor customer service I've received to this point.
RESPONSE: To respond to the dealer comments, I am not calling into question the integrity of Mr. Pearce, nor was it ever my intention to do so. However, the arguments made by the dealer in defense of this situation are nonsensical. Am I to assume that the only forms of communication that are honored with this dealership are those that are in writing? I had a colleague with me on this particular trip who overheard the conversation between Dave and myself and can vouch for the fact that there was even a discussion about whether or not the repairs would be completed in time for us to pick up the truck at the scheduled time. It also isn t valid to assume that the as-is document that I signed would be applicable in this situation, considering the vehicle was supposed to have had the repairs completed prior to my taking ownership, therefore meaning that the as-is condition would be the repaired one.
I do not expect compensation for my troubles. Rather, I will consider this a lesson learned and will keep in mind that any communications I have with dealerships from this point forward will be in writing or confirmed in writing immediately following. I should have asked for documentation of every service item that was addressed prior to my taking ownership but failed to do so. I will not be as naive going forward and hope that others can read my review and learn from my mistakes.
They were supposed to chg the oil after installing 4 new tires but didn't so after waiting 3 hrs and thinking everything was done I need to make another appt.
Bought a car from them that broke down and was a money pit. Less than 6 months after i get it ... worthless. They insisted on selling it to me at blue book value. Will never buy a car there again.
This routine oil change visit "The Works" ended up costing me $722. My front brake rotors and pads had to be replaced. They were metal on metal. I knew something was wrong for last couple weeks. Could here something that wasn't right. You might say, well normal wear and tear happens. But I asked the service guy waiting on me why I wasn't notified that the pads were getting thin during one of my last two oil changes. Dpatrick has done all of my oil changes since I bought this truck. Could have saved me a lot by just replacing the pads and not everything. Thought I might be offered some percentage off the total since the Dpatrick maintenance people did not do their job at oil change time regarding the inspection of brakes. Also, I had to get a new battery. So when I got home thought I would raise the hood and look at it. The ends on the wire that connects to the battery post were corroded pretty bad. So I mixed up some baking soda and water and cleaned them. Wish I could send you guys a bill.
Best car dealership around! I'm glad I drove the 20 hours to see you guys. Everybody there was amazing and made my experience FUN! Thanks Brandon for the superior experience!
Excellent customer service and understanding at this location. The team at Downtown D-Patrick saved a customer after I had an unfavorable experience at another D-Pat location.
Very enjoyable. Kerry was very helpful and got me the vehicle I was looking for. I'll refer my friends/family to him and next time I need another vehicle, I'll look him up for sure
We bought a great jeep or so we thought used from the downtown D Patrick dealership within the first 12 hours of driving it around we heard a vibration a squeal the speaker wasn't working and so we contacted the dealership we bought a great jeep or so we thought used from the downtown D Patrick dealership within the first 12 hours of driving it around we heard a vibration , a squeal , the speaker wasn't working , and a few other things so we contacted the dealership to get these things fixed before the sale went through all the way. They Dodged our calls said they would take care of it when we finally reached them and then never got back to us ! Day four of driving the jeep my husband stopped in and the general manager told us we were out of luck basically to get lost and we were on our own ! Of course by now the money has been deposited in their account . Now this is a three-year-old Jeep Wrangler with less than 20,000 miles on it it should not be having these issues ! We did not buy a "as is" vehicle !I am very very very disappointed be aware don't give them money until you've driven whatever vehicle you buy around for 24 hours !
It was a very pleasant experience making this our second new car purchase at D-Patrick Ford. The salesman, Paul Mullen, could not have been nicer. He was very professional, friendly, and not a bit PUSHY!. He sold us a quality 2013 Escape with a very generous trade-in for our 1997 Lincoln Town Car. We will continue to be grateful patrons of D-Patrick Ford. THANK YOU, Paul Mullen, and D-Patrick FORD! Robert E and Bessie L Phillips
Great customer service, repairs were explained in detail, wait time was on schedule as previously discussed prior to my appointment. Very comfortable and clean environment to relax while waiting on your vehicle. Service manager was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful of my time as a customer.
The dealership and salesperson, Fay was excellent to deal with Nothing could be better! They went above and beyond to make the process as simple and smooth as possible. I have dealt with D-Patrick several times and will continue. They made it easy to do business on my terms.
I was very disappointed that my only 8 month old vehicle already had a huge issue, but I have to say the service department worked very quickly to pin point the problem & resolve it to ensure I got my vehicle back in a reasonable amount of time. Not only were they efficient, Cody & Faye was extremely pleasant and understanding to work with. Thanks to the whole team involved in getting me back on the road with a safe and reliable vehicle again!
I will not be buying any more cars here and I suggest if you are looking to buy you don't buy here.
I went in to see a car that was posted online, it wasn't there. They showed me another car it was literally so dirty you would think someone opened a bag of dirt and through it in the car. I bought a car here last month, two weeks after I bought it had to take it to a shop $300 in repairs. Called D-Patrick to notify them of the problem they told me they would need to check to see if it passed a "Grade A" inspection, never called me back.
Still haven't received the title to the car so I went in today and apparently there was two leans on the car when it got traded in so I was essentially sold a car with no title, no one told me this at the time of purchase. They told me they had to order a new title and would call me when it comes in. My temp tag expires tomorrow and there solution is that if I get pulled over they will pay for the ticket.
All around terrible experience.
Update: After going back and speaking with a manager, they did offer me a loaner car while waiting on the title if title doesn't come in today 4-17-19.
Update: I did get my title on Monday 4-22-19, however after buying a car from a "reputable" dealer I could have never guessed I'd have so many issues. I would have been satisfied if any of the issues I had would have simply been communicated to me. The attention to detail was horrible. I stand by my initial statement.
Really nice people and helpful and they are genuine. Went for an oil change and get the coupon and it's worth it they do a real through I section and don't up sell and best waiting g Lou gets was watching the Masters on a huge TV eating complimentary popcorn and drinks kick g the bottled water. They often checked up on me and didn't try anything shady. Class act place.
horrible ..just took our navigator up there to be fixed ,and he told my wife it was 170 bucks to look at each different thing and made up things like one time bolts they have to order that cost hundreds as well ....um no sir the bolt would come with the part when ya order it and i highly doubt its more than 10 bucks ...come on you was trying to take advantage of a girl price gouging !!next time we should bring a hidden camera put in online !
Best dealership I've dealt with in 30 years of buying trucks. Found the truck online, spoke with fay about it and she did the rest. Called me back in a couple of hours had my payment i wanted and the lowest interest rate I've ever had . Drove 2 hours and picked it up. Fay met me at the door and again took care of everything. She set up the sync in my truck and sent me on my way. A couple days later she called just to check on how I liked my truck. She's the best.
Henry was a hard worker and found us exactly what we wanted! Easy-going, helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Henry and Don. Could not of done it without you Don!
I will never buy or have my car serviced anywhere but here. The service department goes above and beyond to ensure that getting your car service doesn't have to be a hassle. The relationship doesn't end when you drive lot.
I had a good experience as always. However after getting on the road my low tire pressure light came on. My front tires had been replaced, but somehow the tech didn't make sure the tires had sufficient air pressure.
Found a truck on line and emailed a lady back and forth all day. She stated she would have the truck ready for us once we got there. Drove 35 minutes to look at the truck. It wasn't even on their lot. It was at an auction site and they told us that they could take us to look at it but we couldn't drive it. We could put a bid on it but we couldn't buy it. Who wants to buy a truck that they have never drove before much less pay cash for it. None of this was told to us when we inquired about the truck or on the website. Very unprofessional.
My salesman, Connor, did a wonderful job on helping me pick out my new Ford Edge as well as show me how to properly work everything and Sync my phone. He was very polite and helpful along with being a fun person to work with!
The service at DPatrick is excellent. I had taken my vehicle to another dealer and was very disappointed. Everyone at DPatrick was happy to help me and my vehicle was fixed within couple of days. I am a customer for life now!
Although the salesman and the sales manager were very professional the deception of all the rebates they offer are very much misleading, there not as cut and dry as advertised. I need to rethink my thinking on buying from Ford.
Everything went as planned. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, when I went to pick up my truck, the cashier handed me my keys and said have a nice day. I stood there for a second and had to ask where my truck was parked. She said somewhere out in the front lot and pointed in the direction I should look. That s the first time I have been to a dealer for service and they didn t bring it up so customers don t have to go look for their vehicles
I was trying to add Seafoam to gas tank with a capless inlet. Because the additive was not going into tank, I use a plastic tube to push open the internal door and the plastic tube fell out of reach into the filler neck. So when I went to refuel, the gas nozzle would click off repeatedly because my plastic tube was blocking the filler tube going to the gas tank. So I had to take it in to have plastic tube removed. D-Pat had to remove wheel, quarter panel and disassemble filler tube to get the plastic tube out. The service person told me about a long neck funnel which I will purchase for future use. Hope this helps someone from making the same mistake. By the way, I really like the capless gas tank feature on my 2015 Mustang GT. The only bad thing was paying $202.50 for 1.5 hours labor, but not sure I could have done this myself.
Best car buying experience because of Henry Hayden!! Henry went above and beyond when helping me drive away with the SUV I wanted!! I appreciated his professionalism, his genuine kindness and friendly disposition. He is an extremely knowledgeable and patient man who made sure all my questions were answered and made my whole buying experience off the charts ! D Patrick Ford is extremely fortunate to have Henry as part of their team!!! Please let him know how much I appreciated his help... Lisa Popejoy
Henry was a magnificent sales person He was funny, precise, and very awesome to work with. My husband and I could not have asked for a better experience buying a car! Thanks to Henry.
I live 3 and a 1/2 hours away from the dealership, so I found the truck online - had all the options I needed and then some for a very competitive price. Worked with Mark Feller through phone, email and text. We were able to work everything out to where all I had to do is show up, sign the papers and drive away in my new truck! The customer experience was top notch and I would certainly recommend them to anyone that is looking for an honest and dependable dealership.
Although there was a mix-up when we arrived, once we were introduced to Ben, our experience was awesome! Ben has a great personality, friendly and truly wants to do the best for the customer. D-Patrick is lucky to have a salesperson like Ben on their staff.
D-Patrick Ford was awesome! They were able to help us find the truck we were looking for and made sure it was ready for us to take home! Awesome service and very friendly staff!
They have always been so nice and very helpful, they bought a new massage chair to use while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced, I was the first one to use it and it is so awesome, thank you D-Patrick Ford for all you have done for us, you are so awesome!
Money hungry it's all about how much money they can get out of you !! parts department even the (parts manager) is rude no customer satisfaction here I won't give one more cent to downtown d-pat I'll drive 30 miles out of my way just so I don't have to order parts there ever again! P. S your parts isn't gold plated either shove it where the sun don't shine guys!!!! New reply don't just have the same rude guy parts manager (Randy) call us he was rude to us both times we went thru d-pat downtown
