Wonderful old Art Deco theater, so glad to see it opened back up! I grew up going here in the 60s and 70s, still looks the same!

Little run down but a great venue for any kind of show

Fantastic experience tonight! Seeing Alien on the big screen tonight was incredible. Everything the Arthouse has done and continues to do in this community, breaths life into our city. Thank you for taking care of this space and making the Babcock shine! All of the staff and volunteers are beautiful souls. Highly recommend catching a film and enjoying their concessions! Keep on bringing Art and Culture to Billings.

The Babcock is back! A little elbow grease and a new coat of paint turned restored this theater to its former glory. I love seeing movies here and it's great having a movie option if you're downtown.

Beautiful old and historic theater in downtown Billings. They have independent movies and interesting shows. The building also contains the Babcock Apartments, which are amazing centrally located Flats in a historical old building. And amazing place to live in a great place to check out even if we're just stopping through Billings.

So much fun! Have never seen a bad movie here. They always choose the best films from old to new. Support local!!!

Classic movie theater of the kind they don't make anymore. Now that they're primarily a concert venue, a chunk of the main floor has been used for the mixing board, which takes away from the aesthetics, and I've seen technical problems with their video a few times, so giving 4/5 stars.

Super impressed with this theater! Has an old cinema feel with the balcony and renovations!

I love movies, and watching Tarantino's new period piece in an old timey venue like this is great! All of the staff and volunteers are avid movie fans so they always have cool, insightful, tidbits to share. Love their popcorn.

Love the fact that they show older movies and you can always rent a theater for a party and you can pick whatever movie you want to watch.

Haven't been there yet but I plan on being there a lot. I'm so glad that this theater has been saved that I'll give it 5 stars just for that and for what I'm hearing about it.

Opening night was amazing. Surprised me a lot with how great visual and audio was for even an older movie. Only con were the seats but already know it's a work in progress. All together I love the place.

The Babcock Theater is a very beautiful smaller theater, perfectly sized to allow the audience to fully appreciate the performance.

A bit of history in downtown Billings Montana! The venue is charming and gives you a feel of a small town. The acoustic were a bit rough but still was an enjoyable evening .

Great sound, great view even from the back, this classic turn of the century theater has been fantastically renovated for comfort and utility. Come see her beauty, atmosphere, and unique style during your favorite show.

I cannot express how much I love this place! I'm so grateful for what art house has done in letting us use such a wonderful building for what it was built. The sound is perfect!The screen image is truly impressive far exceeding my original expectations. The Babcock is run by volunteers which shows how loved it is in the community. I legitimately wish I could give them more money than I can. I love being able to support this shared passion. I don't know why you would ever again go to AMC when this is an option. The Babcock is cheaper anyway. Why not support such an amazing effort?

Just had a fantastic time at the grand re-opening watching Last Crusade.

Updated turn of the century theater. Inexpensive beer, wine, and Seltzer's available plus a regular snack bar. Tickets care nearly half as much as the nearby metroplex. Great value all in all....

Loved it! Would love to go to another show there at the Babcock theater.

Great atmosphere, even with social distance. Fun experience. Picture was better than expected for the old theater. Sketchy, echoing sound quality. Difficult to make out some voices or sounds. Still renovating, so will continue to improve. Worth the experience.

Probably the best movie experience I've had in decades. They've done amazing work bringing this theatre back from the grave. Sound was good without being over the top like so many modern theatres that think louder is better. Concession prices are amazing. No 20 dollar popcorn here! Soda for 2 dollars? I feel like I've stepped into a time machine.

Quite frankly, cheap movie tickets and food. Have current movies most of the time and very friendly staff. Plenty of seating

If you get a chance, go see a movie here. Prices are super reasonable, you can have a beer or a wine, and the balcony and atmosphere can't be beat!

Great atmosphere. A classic movie. Memories were made with my friends and family.

They have done a great job renovating, clean, looks great. Restrooms are a bit small so expect lines at intermission is all.

My new favorite place, and what's not to love. Good t seats, awesome price, and I love to shop downtown Billings.

Great venue- best admission prices and newly updated. Only things missing are the sticky floors and noisy people chatting and looking at their phones.

I come here with my husband for dates, and we love it! They've kept original parts of the the theater that add SO much character to the overall experience. Definitely check it out. And get some popcorn too!

Best theater ever! So much history. So many seats. Thankful for the volunteers that run it!

Staff was friendly, energetic, and informative. One guy dressed up for the movie (The Matrix)! Cinema was quaint, and the overall experience made me want to be a supporting member, or however they phrased it. Will absolutely be back.

I live downtown n I don't drive, so it's a treat to be able to walk couple blocks n watch a movie with frenz, family or alone. The cheapest prices in town is a big plus. Plus it brings back memories from when I was little and watched matinees at the Babcock. If u haven't yet, I highly recommend u watch a movie there. You'll be satisfied.

Entertainment was good and concessions were good, but it needs interior work like some repainting and an update with the sound system

The seating keeps things nice as you can sit anywhere and still have a clear view.
The staff seem to be friendly and caring about your needs.

This is one of the best live venues I've ever been to and I've lived in new York and Chicago. Such an intimate space where there's no bad viewing area. Made an event with my favorite band even more special.

Staff was friendly. Loved the history of the theater. Even though the decor was vintage the sound system was not. Great experience.

Seeing the new Star Wars movie at the Babcock was awesome!

We attended the grand reopening and it was absolutely stunning. They clearly have invested so much heart and soul into the building and it was great to see it rejuvenated. We will definitely be returning!
