This review is only for today's ski condition. I came early afternoon, found a parking spot not too far from the lift. The lines to ride lifts weren't too long, but there isn't a time I ride the lift it didn't stop at least once. The surface is very icy. I can hear the scraping sound every time I make a turn. The price is good, $70 allows me to ski from 2pm until 10, but the icy condition turns me off, so I didn't stay long, not worth it. The view is always beautiful though

Great local mountain. Got to get there early to avoid the lineups to get your ski passes and also to get decent parking. Didn't give this 5 stars as they need a better parking solution. Also the lineups for the passes are way too long even if you buy them online.

Most know that Cypress is the best ski/board mountain in the lower mainland but I'm posting to give kudos to their amazing ski patrol staff. I walked in to first aid after busting my wrist in the terrain park and their staff were already treating other patrons. But that didnt stop them from attending to me asap with the most professional and courteous service. All of them were super thorough and caring with a great sense of humor. Chelsey who was the main person to treat me did a fantastic splint job and made sure I got the best treatment they could do. On top of that I had only 3 runs before my injury and while sitting in the lodge awaiting my friends, she took the liberty of looking for me to provide me a new pass with rentals for next time since my day was wasted. I never in any way asked for this and it's this kind of going above and beyond customer service that will keep me returning as a loyal customer. Her and her team are truly heroes on the mountain and Cypress is blessed to have them.

I have been to Whistler twice. Actually, it s really pretty. I bought a lift ticket on the official website seven days ago, and there is a discount at the end of the season. However, the disadvantage is that it is only open until 3:30 in the afternoon. There is no night market. It s expensive, the fruit is fresh, and the friend Zhong introduces an app SnowZat . This app is very easy to use. A few friends go skiing together. Just install it in advance and bury a group together. You will know Friends slipped away!
But in fact, there are several ski resorts in Canada. We went to bury the cypress bowl mountain for night skiing. I m not a master, so I think it s very good. The net department knows that it is at least half better than the average whristler ... everyone can Go try to scare, I actually count the number, if you do n t mind taking a non-resistant plane, Canadian skiers go to whistler Zhongping to Hokkaido, but if Canada is snowy and snow, it is Hokkaido pretty

My favorite local mountain in the Vancouver area. It's not Whistler but the chairs are fast, the sky chair has unbelievable night time views and there is a good range of fast challenging runs along with easy beginner grades. Worth the extra comparing with Seymour. Grouse is no less $ and doesn't compare...

This is a great place to go skiing. For beginners and experts.
Better come early than its not that crowded.
And take the bus shuttle from Lonsdale Quay. That's more comfortable than driving yourself.

Decent ski area, very busy and the hill is typically filled with beginner-level skiers and snowboarders, but that is expected. The staff here are friendly, restaurants and food is decent.

We went skiing in April which isn't the ideal time (only about 1/2 of the mountain was open) but it was way cheaper so I still feel like I got my money's worth and it wasn't busy at all so not too much waiting around. Highly recommend going even out of season!!

Love it!

Love it!

Great experience here, I took ski lessons and was fortunate to have the instructor to myself. Rob was super patient and understanding, fun and energetic to be around. My first time learning to ski downhill and I chose the perfect place for it. The rentals were all clean and maintained, was very organized and staff were all pleasant.
Food in the lodge upstairs was pretty good also, you must try the chocolate fudge cake, nice little treat after burning off some energy.
I'll definitely go back next season.

My son has forgotten his snowboard from the school trip he had the other day and when I called to see if the board was still there the lady that answered the phone wasn't very helpful and told me that someone will go and take a look tomorrow. I haven't herd from her next day so I had to call twice next day with no results. When I called back later in the day Dominic from Guest Relations has answered the phone who was very helpful and went himself to check if my son's board was there. Dominic was able to find the board and told me I could come and pick it up.
Thank you so much Dominic.

I had a chance to visit the Cypress Mountain today and it was amazing. Even though the weather was wet and cold, we managed to make it inside.
One thing they may need to improve is the assessability between the lodge and the parking lot.
We had lots of fun there, the upstairs area is big, and very well lit when there was sunlight. The food there, even though it's not unique, but there are enough choices there for you to choose from. Skiing there, in general, is very good, not a very long lineup for the chairlifts (it depends) and I could see why so many people go there.
Tip: arrive there as early as possible so you don't have to park very far away from the ski area.
Very popular place, and I really liked it.

One of the best mountains for winter sports and activities. However, I find the runs to be catered more for skiing. So if skiing is your thing, then this should be your mountain.

There are tons of amazing hikes with incredible views. I recommend st. Marks summit or eagle bluffs.

Good variety of terrain and different runs. Best ski hill on the north shore. Great deals for silver seasons pass, quick drive from Vancouver for a few hours of skiing. Lodge has reasonably priced food and drinks.

Pretty good and beginner friendly. However can be very crowded for peak hours. In terms of value, buying tickets solo is only worth it late season, it's better to have a sky card or a season pass. To make them worthwhile you have to go frequently enough during the season. Food choices and availability is alright.

Not sure how to rate a mountain, but there are lots of things to do here, so I guess it's pretty good. Huge points for being only 25 mins from downtown Vancouver. Snowboarding and snowshoeing are both solid for local mountains at a more affordable price than Whistler. There are also great hikes here, including Eagle Bluffs, which has awesome views of the city and the surrounding area.
