Most of project managers are busy to politics to their employees and try to stop appraisal...And when i complain about politics of project managers to V.P., he told me to resign or do whatever project manager said V.P. Of this company is puppet of project managers.

My Suggestion is that ask any current employee of that time about internal politics before you join

3. Not good for female employees.... there are few managers who forces employees (female) to stay late just because there so called team are not able to deliver task on the given time. Even though manager leaves on time without asking about the status.
