1. New joinees pls dnt believe on positive review.
2. Less educated managers who dnt knw what they are doing and just wasting time of the resources by assigning unwanted task.
3. Not good for female employees.... there are few managers who forces employees (female) to stay late just because there so called team are not able to deliver task on the given time. Even though manager leaves on time without asking about the status.
