Rarejob, Inc. s management is not very considerate of tutors. They impose penalties more than they motivate or reward their tutors. They do not even provide proper training for tutors to be well-prepared for class.

It is stated in their SOP that tutors should provide proof like screenshots so they could also explain their side when a Trouble Report is submitted. However, they actually do not consider this and will just impose penalty on the tutor.

And to think, they pay their tutors very cheaply. So disappointing.

Difficulty of even getting an interview despite booking. Needs a more seamless process. First attempt was that I was not even called despite correcting my skype details and informing them immediately as instructed by the Admin. Second attempt was Admin's skype was blocked and was not even in information given until the allotted time passed. Third, was told that I did not have a scheduled interview despite booking beforehand and sending in the necessary screenshots from website and confirmation email. Then was told to reschedule again beyond the 30 minute grace period. The only booking left was 4:30 the same day but could not book it once Test Call Admin informed me I should take it because slot was taken.

Poor Application Process. I'm actually waiting for a skype video call from rarejob test call when i received a text from them saying that there"s an unforeseen technical issue, so they won't be able to call me. They asked me to go to the log-in page and click the reschedule button, but upon going back to the page, there's already a booking restriction. It also says i have missed my schedule. And it says i'm on a 5-days booking restriction well infact it's not my fault. It's just very disappointing. I've expected so much from this company since they have friendly customer service representatives. But their application process sucks!

I just recently applied as an ESL Evaluator and since I have things to do last Friday i cannot attend their short phone interview on that day. They said that they will reschedule my interview call back on Monday, 3PM onwards since I am available around in this time but they had made me wait for an entire day getting no respond at all. Paasa
