All AirPods Pro produced prior to October 2020 are at risk of failure. Apple has released a replacement program (not for new units, but for refurbished ones) for all customers who have purchased AirPods before this date. In addition, all official Apple and Premium Resellers stores (such as Macstore or Ishop) only sell units of new production.

However, Cyberpuerta is Apple store . Which means they sell old units (not recent production). I bought some Airpods at Cyberpuerta on 9-11-2020 (order CP8901508). I have confirmed that they are of old production and Cyberpuerta as well as Apple reject the replacement or the return. Now, if my airpods give problems, I first have to prove to Apple that I have not hit or wet them. And second, Apple replaces them, but not by new ones, if not by refurbished ones.

So, if you are going to buy some Airpods Pro, I strongly recommend that you do not buy them in Cyberpuerta, but make sure to buy them in Macstore or Ishop. These are premium distributors and ensure that the Airpods Pro are of recent production.

Buy a relatively large CPU cooler tower. They sent it to me with an ultra thin cardboard cover to protect the package box but it had no cushioning material between it and the original box, so it got damaged from the aluminum fins (One corner was completely flat from a blow and the fins completely vertical). It is UNACCEPTABLE for a company to charge you shipping for purchases of more than a thousand pesos and not even put peanuts or bubble wrap to protect something as delicate as a premium Cooler. In the same order I bought a keyboard and thermal paste, they were sent to me in a separate package and those if they were rolled several times in layers of bubble wrap more than 5 cm thick. I do not understand.
