Summary: website, payment system and poor service. They do not have returns for dissatisfaction of the product. I recommend going safe with Mercado Libre or Amazon.

Complete: The follow-up is reasonably good, the problem is that it is a small and dysfunctional operation: in the chat they answer you with half-information and with different versions, their collection system does not accept your credit card and they force you to use PayPal (And when you ask them what's going on, they have no idea what's going on.) The biggest problem of all: being a small operation, they have no guarantee of customer satisfaction.

Unfortunately, and despite the fact that I researched my product before buying, the monitor I bought is not compatible with my computer due to operating system problems, which means I have a product that I need to change. When insuring the sale, Cyber Puerta does not accept returns for problems like this, they only consider it if your product has factory defects. I get it but it is disappointing. It is just for this that I do not leave the comfort of Mercado Libre and Amazon. With them, if I don't like something, they exchange it with no buts and excellent service.

I fully regret having bought from you, keep this experience in mind.
