I would like them to change their return policy, I did not like at all that they force you to contact the company directly and validate your warranty instead of taking care of defective products, DO NOT BUY unless they are 100% sure they are not going to get nothing broken.

"At least one year warranty" of course, with which you pay all shipping costs (which is long, can be several months), customs, etc.

"We have insurance that covers 100% of the cost" only applies to visible damages during shipments, anyway they will deny it no matter what you say, you will never receive such insurance.

There are some reviews that if they complain about things without joke, that the shipment takes more than 4 days, that does not merit 1/5, but this problem does deserve 1/5, all good until they sell you something defective
