Thanks Cyberpuerca! I just got off the phone with your customer service area. I must say that the service received was too bad ... I bought a webcam (it cost me about $ 4,000 pesos) and it came with a factory defect so I reported it immediately but they did not want to apply the warranty. The truth has been a disappointment with this experience. The customer service person was not to blame because he followed the protocol his company gave him. The problem is the culture of your company. I suggest to anyone who wants to buy valuable things online, do not do it in Mexico. Because Cooling-off does not apply or exist here (Consumer Law). The good thing about them is that they accept payment with Paypal and normal delivery time but better buy on Amazon even if it costs you more. Regards.
