DO NOT BUY AIRPODS PRO AT CYBERPUERTA. THEY SELL OLD MODELS THAT RISK OF FAILURE, AND DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REPLACEMENT !!!

All AirPods Pro produced prior to October 2020 are at risk of failure. Apple has released a replacement program (not for new units, but for refurbished ones) for all customers who have purchased AirPods before this date. In addition, all official Apple and Premium Resellers stores (such as Macstore or Ishop) only sell units of new production.

However, Cyberpuerta is Apple store . Which means they sell old units (not recent production). I bought some Airpods at Cyberpuerta on 9-11-2020 (order CP8901508). I have confirmed that they are of old production and Cyberpuerta as well as Apple reject the replacement or the return. Now, if my airpods give problems, I first have to prove to Apple that I have not hit or wet them. And second, Apple replaces them, but not by new ones, if not by refurbished ones.

So, if you are going to buy some Airpods Pro, I strongly recommend that you do not buy them in Cyberpuerta, but make sure to buy them in Macstore or Ishop. These are premium distributors and ensure that the Airpods Pro are of recent production.
