Visited on Saturday, Day after black Friday. Still sale was on and store was full of customers. Everyone was grabbing something. It took us 20 min from entrance to parking. Luckily found a parking space in a corner. Although ir was very busy but staff was so cooperative that he managed to get our product from stock as display rack was empty.

Most unhelpful store I have ever had the mispleasure to visit. Goods overly misspriced, staff lacked knowledge of goods, and gave the impression that they couldn't care less if you purchased goods or not

Went into the store to look at laptops and received no help at all - there were members of staff everywhere in the computing section but they were all just staring at their phones.

Interestingly, I bought the same laptop online and the website didn t try to sell me this add-on (I didn t even see any mention of it), so it seems like this was yet another dodgy sales tactic used in Currys stores, which they ve been pulled up on before by Which?.
The prices are good, so if you re going to buy something from Currys I suggest that you buy it from the website.

Absolutely disgusting repair centre. I've sent my laptop to replace the body. The system has been working fine however, ever since I received my laptop, the sound starts off working but then stops. Curry's and their team say they take no More

A warehouse/ superstore where you purchase computers and computing equipment it also has a car phone warehouse inside and as it is part of the currys group it also has washing machines tv etc.
Store staff are friendly but can be a long wait for help at busy periods it also ideal if you go online first to find what kind of item you want to buy as this some items may not be in all stores usually have cheaper own brand or over priced item.

A useful evil.

A useful evil.

As long as you don't expect any level of specialist knowledge or service for the expensive prices (some exceptions) - its a useful place on that rare occasion they have in stock an item you urgently need.

That said Amazon same day is almost certainly going to stop that.

Low on stocks. Low on knowledge sales staff. Useless offers on spotify where you need to raise tickets to know you are not eligible. Better dont fool people with such offers. Not recommended.

Spent between 30-40 minutes waiting in a queue of 3 people so that I could return an item. Staff seem disinterested and although there was a huge hold up, there were plenty of staff standing around in an otherwise empty store.

Visited today (23rd Aug) greeted at the door by a lady with out face protection reason she's asthmatic so why no face shield? I was told by her I had to wear face covering and follow the arrows as indicated. Once in the store I could see several sales assistants with their face coverings round there necks! So much for keeping staff and customers as safe as possible, so I walked back out without viewing will go else where.

Corporate retailing at its worst. Chaotic management, uninformed staff and the constant upselling of poor value warranty extensions and other things you don't need. Product pricing is OK and almost competitive with major online retailers which is why this isn't a 1 star rating. Also click and collect seems to work, but everything else about the service at this store sucks.

WOW! How slow are the staff here.

Came in to buy a laptop. 10 mins to choose the model - 35 mins to find a staff member to help. 20 mins for them to find a box...there wasn t one. Another 20 to find a manager. 25 to search again and then offer the display at discount.

1:45 mins so far and still not finished!

Staff ok, but customer service and complaints are a joke. Think twice people, I would seriously think about the likes of john Lewis etc because when you have a problem these are a joke. When you email a complaint its 5- 6 working days for someone to respond, then when you reply you then get the same automated response and wait a further 5 to 6 days. I had a call from customer service who told me they will get back to me in the week, I'm still waiting 4 weeks later.

Poor service and rude "managers"

Poor service and rude "managers"

After ordering an item, was told it would be ready for collection in two days, guaranteed or else we were going elsewhere as it was for a present hence the timeframe.

After 3 days we went in-store to enquire, was told by the rudest, most uninterested scruffy looking manager that even though the staff guaranteed two days it would be 10 working days, from that day. The 3rd day, not the original day of ordering.

Then him not seeing that even though says that two days is not possible, his staff should not guarantee it if it's it deliverable.
He refused to apologise and would not offer any goodwill gestures.

Refunded and bought elsewhere after a disappointed family member.

This is on too of many cases which the knowhow team who know nothing, send it off to repair quoting 2 weeks, then months later it returns.

For the second time this month, I have purchased two items from Curry s in M K Eldergate.
I have to say, not only was the price and quality of the items purchased very competitive, but the staff were very helpful in choosing the right product, especially Margarita, who was very informative and pleasant.
I would hope she gets credit for my experience. I would give her 10/10. Thank you.

Customer service is aweful. When I finally asked someone for help where there was no boxed item on the shelf available for me to take, he didn't check the stock level but simply said "if there isn't one on the shelf, there isn't any stock." As I was still in the shop, I checked the stock levels online and found there was stock. So I pressed click and collect to get my item in the same shop. Won't be shopping at Curry's again.

Was looking for a laptop and have limited technical understanding and the chap there gave me what seemed to be honest advice (he could have tried to sell me something much more expensive but hetookvthevtime to listen to what I needed the laptop to do). Shame they didn't have exactly what I was looking for but will definitely go back if I need their help.

Went to this Curry's because they had a particular microwave in stock. We'd chosen this particular model because it's one of the smallest available on the UK market and we want it to fit in our campervan. We asked if we could take the one on show out to our van to actually check that it would fit. The member of staff checked with the manager and who got a young chap to carry it out to the van for us. It fitted perfectly and we went ahead and purchased one. The three people who helped us couldn't have been more helpful, polite and friendly. They were also knowledgeable about the product and advised us about ensuring the product was adequately ventilated when in use. An excellent shopping experience.

Staff are absolutely useless, do they even know what technology is? Went in to pick up an item purchased online but staff in store didn't have a clue what the item was and eventually left with a different product off the shelf.

We went into Currys MK to buy a laptop. Store is well organised and there are a lot of assistants ready to help. We were assisted by Margareta, a delightful young lady from Greece originally. Wonderful sense of humour and very helpful.

Currys have really embraced social distancing to the point that the MK store is devoid of any meaningful human interaction. There is no eye contact, friendliness or warmth from the staff here. Don't the staff appreciate that the customers are what keep the provision of jobs going? The management team obviously need to engage more with the team. Two stars as they had the product I wanted, despite click and collect suggesting I couldn't get it until 3 days time!

If you want to go to a shop with money in your pocket to buy things but to be ignored by half a dozen staff members, go to Currys Milton Keynes.

I used to work there many years ago and we would never leave a customer without knowing why they were there.

Going to Argos. Bye.

I was served not so long ago by Hassan and he was able to answer all of my questions while ensuring that I could get the best possible product for my liking. I had had others who have served me in the past and have been poor but Hassan was brilliant. 5 star!

Worst customer service I have ever seen and it seems like it's only on this specific store as I have been in other Currys stores and never had problems.

I wanted to buy a keyboard for smart tv and all I asked for was to test it on one of their TV's (similar model to mine), but had given excuses like "the TV is on a demo mode". Really? You are trying to sell a product and this is how you do it?

I did not ask them to take a brand new keyboard out of a box and test it on a brand new TV - I asked to test their display units...

I do not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for decent customer service. This place is a NO GO!

Unbelievably bad. Ordered on line to collect in store. E mail cheerily stated that my order would be available for pick up after an hour. Arrived over an hour later to be told the order had not been picked as they were busy. A very uncooperative sales assistant then disappeared to pick the order (4 items) and when she did not return after a while another member of staff went off to pick the order. She returned before the first person who then returned clearly put out that her colleague had manged to do the job properly.First person then took payment and forgot to remove the security tags. Then she remembered but the alarm was still set off on leaving so had to go back and get that sorted. No apology offered throughout the experience. Got home to find one item ordered in black was in fact grey . To be honest I will stick with the wrong colour rather than having to go back to the store.Throughout the (extended)stay my wife who has a walking stick was not offered a seat. I had to go and get one myself.
A complete shambles from start to finish.

Terrible, rude, ignorant customer service act like they are willing to help but really can't be bothered. Don't bother asking the gang of TV assistants for help they treat you like a kid off the block asking to join their gang and fob you off. Hire better staff. Just go to John Lewis for your tv and price match.

Can be a frustrating experience. Trying to get help can be difficult as one person don't work in one area of the shop. You can run round like a headless chicken trying to get advice. Once you manage to get help you will usually be satisfied by the time you leave. Good range of products.
