Absolutely shocking service! I sent my tv off which got repaired, but my stand come back damaged. They offered a replacement which I waited in for on a hot day, but no stand delivered or a courtesy phone call to let us know it wasn t being delivered!
Then I phoned to ask why my stand wasn t delivered, I got passed through to four different departments, as know one had a clue about my stand! At total of 32-minutes on the phone and then the last person I spoke to said he couldn t help me! As you can imagine I was really frustrated, so I phoned back and the next person I spoke to had arranged for me to collect the stand from the store 3-days later. I agreed, as I didn t want to wait in all afternoon without my stand being delivered. So I received a text confirmation to say my stand had been delivered to the store which was 3-days later as expected. So when I arrived to collect my stand from the store, the Team Know How staff didn t have a clue about where the stand was, typical!
