From the moment we entered the Subaru lot to the moment we picked up our car two days later, the experience was relaxed, and enjoyable. For the first time in many years, car shopping was a great experience. The car looked amazing when we picked it up and they even tied a red bow on the rearview mirror. What a great touch. Our salesman John Graffeo was so nice and put no pressure on us to buy. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and did not patronize us with sales gimmicks. Even the financing went smooth. This is our first Subaru but, will not be our last. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. Thanks, John and the entire Subaru family for such a wonderful experience!!
