I leased a brand new Subaru Impreza from Curry Subaru less than 9 months ago. From the first week I told them something was wrong with the car, because every time I turn it on the radio comes on. I turn the radio off, and if I so much a hit a minor bump in the road, the radio turns on again. They said "huh". Since then I have had to bring the car in for 2 recalls. Yesterday the car died on me three times. Once, it the morning, nearly causing me to be late to work. I work for 2 active duty soldiers who cannot report late to work. The second time it broke down I had their 11 month old baby in the car. The third time it broke down I was trying to get home at the end of a long work week. The customer service line didn't pick up, no one responded to my messages, and the guy who leased us the car didn't pick up his cell phone. The car won't even turn over, and it isn't the battery because my husband came to jump it. Nothing. So, I had to get a ride home, and the car that I put over $5000 down on is sitting at my job. I got this car so I would have a safe, reliable vehicle to drive the baby in, and not only don't I have that, I don't have a car at all. And I'm still waiting for someone to call. So, they have my money, and I have no way of getting anywhere. I would give them a ZERO, if only I could!
