Would love to give this dealer two separate ratings. Gabe, the sales guy deserves the FIVE but the finance dept. are a bunch of crooks and deserve a ZERO. Gabe was great, helped me pick out the car that was just right for me and we negotiated a fair deal. The car arrived in about 2 weeks and Gabe promptly called me to arrange for delivery and when I showed up to pick it up Gabe was actually outside wiping down the car. That made a great impression, he was also willing to take the time to explain every switch, button, etc. and made sure my phone was paired with the Bluetooth connection.
Unfortunately that's the end of the good, once I hit the finance guys desk everything went bad. The finance guy tried to change the terms of the deal and if I hadn't been ready to walk away on two separate occasions I would have spent $1500 more than I agreed to with Gabe. First he tried to tell me that they weren't going to pay the last month on my current lease so I just stood up and said, see you in a month, I'm not taking delivery if you're not covering the last month, I'll just wait and use my current lease for the next 30 days. That prompted the usual BS of "I'll have to go speak to my manager". Next came the high pressure tactics of all the extended warranties, I was ready for those and had no problem saying no to all of that. The last surprise which really wasn't surprising was they tried to add on sales tax when I had a very clear understanding with Gabe that the down payment we agreed to and the monthly lease payment were INCLUSIVE of everything including sales tax except the DMV fees. Again the finance guy changed his tune after I was ready to walk out but if you're not careful you will get taken so be aware.
Hoping the owner sees this and gets some control over these things because he has some great sales people and this stuff ultimately affects them.

Prices are tripled! Will never have work done here again. Replaced spark plugs $400 dollars unreal. Missing one lug nut $65 dollars plus parts and labor. When I got my vehicle it kept shutting off after all that money.

I was here on November 2016 regarding 15 legacy hood gap causing too much wind noise and gas tank fill access door problem (it doesn't open in cold weather) and all these things I realized within a week of owning the car. The guy inspected and acknowledged the issue. He told me that he is going to call me once they get the parts. I was calling every 15 days to check on the progress and no proper response. I gave up and used gps suction cap to open the gas door temporarily. I did visit the dealership last week for an oil change and asked him if he can fix it and I have been told to come next Saturday (the parts are ready). This time the guy at the counter told me that there is a schedule conflict and they are busy come next week, same story repeated. After talking to manager , they asked me to comeback on Monday and the body shop guy shows up with an IQ of a turn signal and says"I don't know the cause of wind noise but Mercedes benz makes some very silent cars ". That's it, no more run around I am not coming back to this dealership again.

This was by far the best car dealership Ive ever been to. Casey my salesman, made the process so easy, he was straightforward and gave me all the information I needed. They didnt try to scam me or come up with unexpected costs. The service I received definitely exceeded expectations in every way. We're shopping around for a Crosstrek. And we came to this dealership, because it's close to where I work.
We were greeted by a pleasant and professional salesman, but he really took his time to get us a price in an attempt to lock us in.
And our salesman added on a power seat package that doesn't exist. Power seats come with the moonroof and blindspot package on the 2021 Crosstrek Premium Trim Automatic. I had to look that one up, because he had me guessing.
We were quoted a *much* better price from a different dealership last weekend. And we told the salesman such after he finally gave us the financing sheet with the after tax price.
After some backtracking, he told us he accidentally added the moonroof package twice. Which I believed until the drive home. And told us he could match the price.
The kicker is we told him the after tax price and he matched his before tax price.
Honestly though, I dont know how he didn't pickup that we were already shopping around, because we knew the exact year, model, and package we wanted. And we told him we already test drove Crosstreks.
I think the best part is that he tried to get his manager to save the deal (if there ever was one). And we were like "Yeah sure, okay, yeah." And the manager didn't even come.
For those of you still reading, do your research folks.

I just picked up my new 2021 Subaru Forester Touring and have already fallen in love. Marc DeBenedictis helped me again with this new purchase and I couldn t have had a more pleasurable experience. I found Marc to be both professional and caring and always has a smile when he sees me. He took the time to go over all the pros and cons of features for the different classes of Forester to make sure I got everything I wanted. My new car arrived earlier than expected and was sitting with its shiny red bow waiting for me when I got to the dealership to pick it up. Marc, Peter and all the sales staff couldn t have been more helpful making sure I knew where parts and service was, that I understood the new features of the car and even gave me my first service for free.
I m now on my third forester from Curry and can t wait for all the adventures ahead. My daughter (a high school senior) inherited my 2015 Subaru which is still going strong 155,000 miles later. At least we know she will be safe all through her college years and beyond with her Subaru car.
I have been dealing with Nancy in service since I got my first forester back in 2008 and I feel she is now part of my family. She always greets me with a smile and makes sure my car is well taken care of. Even when I call with a question she is quick to get back to me.
The dealership is very clean and bright and all the staff very welcoming without being pushy. Since my first Subaru in 2008 I have been bring my car to Curry for all it s maintenance and have always been very happy with the service department. I will definitely continue to bring my new 2021 Forester there for all its service needs. The service department (Nancy especially) has always been very friendly. My car has always been returned in top condition and clean. The waiting room is bright and there is always a cup of coffee/tea/hot chocolate available.
If you are in the market for a new car I would definitely recommend buying a Subaru from Marc DeBenedictis and the Curry Surbaru dealership. And when you do - say hi to Marc for me.

I had an absolutely unexpected but truly fantastic experience at Curry! I was not expecting to get a car but was expecting that they would laugh me out of the place with my credit. However, my salesman Armaan had all the faith that I would be able to get a car. I had just had car problems my family and I were nearly stranded on the side of the road. I went to Curry where they were welcoming first off and began working on my behalf right away. My finance specialist Mr. Greenstein was patient and very professional. The whole building seem like a team of people who care and especially sensitive to people with families. I am so glad to have had the pleasure of having them help me get into a new car after the last year with my van constantly breaking down.
The customer service was tailored to my needs. Jordan was very communicative by giving me frequent updates about my car repairs. The repairs took a week and Curry loaned me a first rate 2020 Subaru so I didn t have to rent a car. You CANNOT beat that service!

I would advise everyone to take their vehicle anywhere else for service. In the time it took me to eat two chili cheese dogs in the Kohl's parking lot across the street, I watched three different techs, in three different customers vehicles do three different burnouts. Mind you, they weren't little girly chirps, these guys laid strips down. The second guy did do a really impressive job chirping second gear too... which would have been cool except the CAR BELONGS TO A CUSTOMER! What a joke.

The service I received for leasing my new vehicle was excellent. No issues other than the vehicle came with little windshield washer fluid, had to add about a gallon.

His approach to selling vehicles is, hands down, the best! After the purchase of our vehicle, Marc came outside and showed us all the features our new Subaru had to offer. I had dealt with Curry for many years and relied on them to service my vehicle. Service was not done properly, which lead to damage to my engine; I learned this when my car broke down and had to take it to a private mechanic. They refused to take any responsibility for their negligence, and stopped returning my phone calls when I asked to be compensated. The last straw was when I called the sales person I had purchased 2 Subarus from to discuss my problem. Whenever I would see him while I was getting service he would tell me "Your car is just a baby, you will put over 200,000 miles on it!" When I called to discuss the problem I was having with the service department he was extremely rude to me and said "people would be breaking out the champagne after getting over 160,000, I don't know what to tell you." I was stunned. I plan on putting in a complaint to the Subaru corporate office, these individuals should be held accountable for treating loyal customers in this manner. P.S., I got rid of this car and would NEVER do business with them again.

I purchased a Subaru through this dealership two years ago. I use this car for my daily commute, nearly 100 miles a day. I wanted to bring it in after hearing metal rubbing noise in the front tire. After trying to get a through to someone in service for over 30 minutes they informed me that the next available service date was 2 weeks away. I explained that this an emergency since I rely on this car and unfortunately they could not help by seeing me sooner.
I called another Subaru dealership nearby, spoke to someone in the service department within 3 minutes. They too were booked with appointments but offered to fit me in the next day since it was important. That s the way customer service should be handled.
My wife and I walked in to Curry Subaru and were quickly introduced to Ana Sunara, which turned out to be a lucky break for us. She intently listened to us as we explained what we wanted from our next Subaru and she worked hard to answer our questions and concerns. On our test drive she again went above and beyond to explain to us the multitude of features in the Outback Limited and how they worked. Curry worked well with us to satisfy our pricing and trade in needs and soon thereafter (thanks to Business Manager Stephen Neubauer) we drove off in a new Subaru, our 3rd! We love the car and recommend Curry Subaru and Ana 100%.

If Curry Hyundai wants to see more sales fly out the door, the senior sales team should put more effort into overseeing transactions with new salesmen, and it should be made clear of who is responsible for what.

My husband and I took our car in for an oil change today. When we arrived at Curry Subaru I realized we were also due for our annual inspection. Phil was very nice and fitted us in for an inspection and oil change saving us the bother of having to make another appointment. They also fixed our clock and door handle that had been pulled off with my husbands cane trying to close the door, free of charge. We appreciated that very much. Recently in the market for a new car, I had a very specific list of what I wanted and needed to be happy with the vehicle. I visited a variety of dealerships and test drove a number of cars. Needless to say, I also wanted the lowest price for the car I decided met my all of my requirements, a Subaru Crosstrek Limited.
I selected Curry Subaru in Cortlandt, NY. My salesman, Franz Ozuna, was professional, knowledgable and personable. He listened carefully and was able to find the Crosstrek I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. Best of all, my car was delivered in 10 days. I have rarely been as pleased as I am with both the service I received and the vehicle that I am now driving.

Bought 2nd Subaru for my wife here. It's a mixed bag. First time was just excellent (except for the "closers" trying to sell you upgrades you don't need... like most car dealers). Second time was a tragedy of errors. BUT IN THE END, they made good AS PROMISED and so they get another star for that. I've had much worse car buying experiences elsewhere.

This is a well run service facility! From the moment I walked in, Jordan made me feel welcome and answered all of my questions. My 12K service,oil change and inspection was done within 2 hours. My car was sanitized and I left there without a worry. Jordan is truly an asset!

Every time we are here for service they seem to find something extra to charge us for. Female customers are especially targetted for rapacious upselling and price inflation in the service department. If you use them, have a male check the car in and pick it up.
