I purchased a Subaru through this dealership two years ago. I use this car for my daily commute, nearly 100 miles a day. I wanted to bring it in after hearing metal rubbing noise in the front tire. After trying to get a through to someone in service for over 30 minutes they informed me that the next available service date was 2 weeks away. I explained that this an emergency since I rely on this car and unfortunately they could not help by seeing me sooner.

I called another Subaru dealership nearby, spoke to someone in the service department within 3 minutes. They too were booked with appointments but offered to fit me in the next day since it was important. That s the way customer service should be handled.
