Bought their new 80 ring gauge perfect cutter used the cutter for 6 months, one day cutter fell apart in my hands mailed the cutter back to use the LIFE TIME WARRANTY, with registered mail signature required upon delivery, someone signed for it and I have not received a replacement, I have tried to reach out to them via email through their website and the company phone number
NO REPLY through any of these lines of communication very disappointing
