Even though they have some good cigars, but their online service people are useless bunch of ......

SAM or other lady ( didn't get her name-second time phone call) promise to get my refund 10 days ago, still waiting for credit back to card.
I sign up on their website you get special deals. So got one of those email for special priced cigar. I placed the order same day when I got email.& I chose 2 day shipping so I can get the cigars fast. Week goes by still didn't get my cigars, so I decided to call & check the status. SAM on the phone said that they don't have the these cigars that's why they didn't send it. Here is my few question to you Cuban Crafter's staff.
1. If you don't have the cigars, why do you charge my credit card?
2. why do you advertise something & waste my time, when you don't have the product.?
3. I asked for refund twice already, where is my refund it's been over 2 weeks.

Horrible customer service. You lost a customer.
Thanks for wasting my valuable time.
