I am rating the company not the cigars.

I bought the 12 cigar sampler and specifically wrote a note at check out to confirm that the cigars pictured are the cigars that will be sent. After a week I called to check the status of this shipment and was told that the reason for the delay is that they didn't have all the cigars brands in stock and, according to my note, they were waiting until all cigars are in stock and then promptly ship. After almost 2 weeks I get the package and, surprise, most of the cigars that I was expecting were substituted for other brands. No Cupido, no Medina 1959, no La Carolina. The ones that I was looking for the most, absent!! Shame, shame, shame!!!! Never again! Will see if they send the return label as they promised...
