CTI is a great company and I would not trust my IT services to anyone else.
We were in the market for a new web hosting provider and CTI took the wheel. They rebuilt our website at a very reasonable price and worked with me until we were completely satisfied with the finished product. I highly recommend CTI for their reasonable pricing, prompt response time and their ability to stay by your side until the end. Definitely a great decision!

Buyer beware, they're not reliable as a managed service provider. If we could rate them lower we would. Samaad (sp) is very condescending, feels that he knows everything and belittles team members when questions are asked. We waited 2 hours for a password reset...seriously? In addition, the manager Rose said to us that she's dangerous when it comes to IT however, when asked the difference between and IP address and MAC address she froze.
