Hi, We HAD to leave our review because we had such an unbelievable time at Madagascar, a Special thanks to our wonderful tour guides and Undiscovered- destinations for our Amazing holiday.

We did it all in this 17 day adventure- cars, boats, forests, canyons, lemurs, the night walk, natural swimming pools the list goes on. It was the holiday of a lifetime and I do not believe I would have had such a remarkable experience without the Undiscovered Destinations, the meticulous planning and organising to get our group around.
The accommodation was faultless and the service was simply brilliant.
A huge thank you for your time, kindness, answering our endless questions prior to booking and for having such lively experienced tour guides that kept us entertained with vast stories on local life, wildlife and Madagascar in general. Big thanks to all the staff that made this our dream holiday.
You could not have done more.

VERY IMPRESSIVE CUSTOMER CARE
Very impressed with the care offered to clients by UNDISCOVERED DESTINATIONS throughout the COVID-19 situation. The phone was manned throughout lock down, so someone was always available to advise and discuss options.No attempt was made to fob clients off with vouchers to be used at some unspecified future date and refunds were offered willingly in appropriate cases with the company always upfront and honest about the processing timescale. I have now received a full refund for my cancelled trip and will be sure to re book it as soon as travel restrictions are lifted as I feel my holiday is safe with them

We booked through UD for our first family worldwide trip to Sri Lanka. We have always been keen travellers, and what an introduction for our 6 year old son, to the amazing world of travel. The destinations, the recommendations, the guide, the itinerary, the balance, all was faultless for a memorable trip. The sound knowledge given by the UD consultant was what made us book, and on returning from the trip, has given us the confidence to book again. WE as a family are back on the travelling circuit.

Georgia and Armenia - Caucasus Discovery

Myself and my husband went on the Georgia and Armenia tour along - we got back a few weeks ago and I would like to thank the lovely tour guide

A more expensive version of Explore. It suffers from being too mainstream and lacking in real adventure. i did 2 trips with them in Africa ( Sudan and then Mali ,Senegal and Guinea.) both disappointing . They claim to be Africa specialists. In fact they subcontract to a local company to do everything .

Had the most wonderful holiday in Madagascar with Undiscovered Destinations. Everything was planned very well, and to say it was stunning would be an understatement. I found it particularly relaxing knowing that all the details were taken care of. We had a detailed itinerary, with a mixture of animals, scenery, and history. Excellent and will definitely be organising another trip with this company.

We did an Undiscovered Destinations tour to Burma and it was excellent. When looking into trips we found most of the tours offered by the larger companies to be very similar. We wanted something different. This was our 3rd trip with UD, and we're already looking at number 4!

Our Seven Days in Sunny Oman. From booking right up to saying goodbye at the airport everything was handled with ease and speed. The tour had a wonderful mix of history, sightseeing and contemporary stops, there was something for everyone. Undiscovered Destinations was very trustworthy and helpful a company I would certainly use again.

Very many thanks to Mark Huggins at Undiscovered for helping us to arrange a private tour of the best of cape Town/ wine lands followed by an unforgettable safari in Greater Kruger Park. Having been on safari before we can say that this part of the holiday was really exceptional with regards to Marks knowledge of location whilst also very good value for money. We will certainly be back for our next big holiday!

Just had to say how brilliant my holiday was. Burma was beautiful and our group was able to see remote sights, the Monastery being my particular favourite. The local guides were very friendly and the organisation was first class. Thank you.
