After understanding my requirements the developers started working on my project. Its too shameful that people are giving positive feed backs where as in person, they said so many negative things and really they faced the same. Appreciate the girl who gave a real feedback. If they are asking their employees and friends to provide a positive review on all social medias, at least they must think about employees when they came with trust. Hope they take this as an advise, keeping project managers will not deliver the projects in time but the workers, observe who is working, not by the words of some who is not aware of project; I migrated with a trust but it changed my life and placed my career to several years back. Even spelling mistake in experience and relieving certificates by the HR which is not acceptable by any one!
A million dollar question is; when they found qualities then only they have appointed, if the same person is not able to answer or not performing well means, they have to question themselves not the candidate; its like asking a keeper to bat and do centuries or asking a fish to do racing on ground.

This is one of the worst IT company in Kolkata. They promise to give salary on time during joining and in the reality they don't pay salaries yet after 3 months. sometimes they even pay only half salary of a month, when already 2 and half months are still pending. Even they can make you out of service if you are one who protests against such unfair things. Still employees are forced to work there till they get any other options to quit. Each of the administrative staffs also misbehave with employees when they ask for salary and other basic amenities. I would suggest everyone not to join there.

I was terribly fed up of your lies regarding the dispatchment of the salary which compelled me to leave your company, I mean when you are incapable, handicapped to credit the entire salary of April by 15 th of October, you could have said that to me earlier, instead you guys credited just a half portion of the salary without giving any further notification when will you provide me the rest (including the unpaid salary of the may month).
Atleast have the courtesy to face the truth when you are unable to credit the full salary of a month. Shameless loathing creatures, where on earth you people live man, make your company proud for your work, don't make it a place where everyone will spit on you guys!!!!

Worst company. They will pay your salary of last month on a future month. They have 2 months of backlog with salary. I worked for 6 months here. Let me tell you why 6 months, their HR Anuradha Gurung intentionally hold my permanent joining letter from probationary offer. In between the tenure I got selected out of many other senior developers who were already working to take interview in Aliya University for tech recruitment of freshers. So you can get the level and expertise of my work. Now to get the permanent joining offer I need to write a grievance letter to company CEO stating the 3 month probation was already passed and 6th month is commencing. Their CEO Mr Souvik Banerjee he is a very good person by heart. He understood the problem and immediately provided me permanent job offer letter on the same day. He is very humble and listens patiently with your work regarding challenges, solutions and difficulty. He is a very genuine person. Apart from work and senior leadership the problem is with the HR Anuradha Gurung and the 2 months delay of salary. She has petty issues with my personal time as well. She keeps checking of how many hours am smoking and going outside. Just the day when she raised this concern and behaved unprofessionally with me, luckily i got another job offer in a product based company and immediately accepted their offer and wrote letter of resignation on the same day. She hold my salary and never gave me resignation acceptance letter till this date. I wonder if I served the company for that many days from last salary day till the day I wrote resignation she didnt gave my salary till yet.
When I got job offer in CTS (currently working in CTS) they asked me for resignation letter of sketch and I did not have that till this day only due to her. That HR indirectly holds the company decision because of personal reasons (since that is personal for her I dont want to reveal that in public).
So you decide if you want to join this company or not. I already made my decision earlier.
