I've been using them for years, have never let me down and always provide the cheapest price!. Maggi gave me best possible deal always.

Dean's client service was excellent. He tried his best to meet my personalised travel requirements which include online communications and an economically feasible outcome.

Hi everybody I would like to ask you not to buy tickets from this airline
They made me think that my Mom could travel from Brazil to London with connection in US with no problem. They made me believe she didn't need visa.
When she got into the airport they didn't let her enter because she needed a Visa .
I had a knee surgery and I needed somebody to help me and now I'm alone here .

merrite was very helpful ...but when u go thru with kayak i saw the ticket was cheap but when i booked they said no more seat for that flight so i had to pay extra ... merrite help me out alots

I used them for a long weekend in Iceland. Their Customer Services team were helpful and pretty responsive. Got a bit difficult later on when I tried to add excursions to my booking but still, I would use them again.

Really very very bad experience. I booked a flight to India they booked me a flight from UK to Paris separately and from Paris to India. If I don't have an European visa how can I fly to Paris and then from there to india. I have to comeback from airport. They r not acceping there miatake and they did not gave refund. I am really disappointed with the service they have provided.

I was at first confused about why my flight had come up saying 'flight Decline', but after calling and following the steps through with Aaron, it was simple.very helpful

DO NOT TRUST!! Worst service ever. I stay in USA. Booked my flight online but got an email to call their customer care to confirm payment. But nobody answers the call throughout the day. They say 24x7 support but its a lie. I later contacted them through chat box on their website. The person asked me to book tickets again or wait for 3 hours. Even after 3 hours I did not get to talk to anyone. I later called their London customer care and spoke to someone with an indian accent! She took my phone number and said someone will call me withing 1 hour. I didnt get a call even after a day. I had to book another flight from another website.

Satisfactory booking, with suggestions!
viz - when a booking is incomplete on a Saturday afternoon don't leave the customer until Monday without any info, or she loses sleep thinking it's all going badly wrong! Just a quick reassuring text or email would have helped. Otherwise all was efficiently and thoughtfully handled, thank you Aaron.

Excellent service on the phone all thanks to a lovely man called Ethan. I was trying to find the perfect deal and definitely found just that all thanks to him. All my queries were dealt with and I couldn't have asked for a smoother holiday booking.

Their customer support was very helpful! Found me an even better deal by phone than I could find myself online.

We booked our flights through Crystal Travel last October to go to Sri Lanka. Everything seemed fine up to a few weeks before we were due to travel, then heard that the company we were due to fly with, were having financial troubles, Jet Airways. A few days before our departure to Sri Lanka, we received an email from Crystal Travel informing us that our flights had been cancelled. This is where Robin stepped in to save our holiday. We rang him in a panic asking for help about how we could get to go on our holiday, as we had booked all our accommodation beforehand. He then spent hours trying to find us alternative flights at a reasonable price, which was out his hands, he managed to find us flights, meaning we could still go on holiday as planned. Robin kept in touch with us with flight information long after he should have finished work. All we can say is a massive thank you to Robin for all his hard work and getting our refund back from Jet Airways.

Horrible! These people are very unprofessional, disrespectful and will waste your time and money with false promises. I have lost so much time with them and in consequence tickets prices went up and became unavailable. Be aware and stay away!

Very helpful service, I have been using Crystal Travel for many years now and find them to be one of the best when booking flights and holidays.

I have had a great experience with Crystal Travel so far. They have excellent customer service and the adviser who I spoke to over the phone, Mr Phillip, was polite and courteous. They managed to secure flight tickets for me at a very competitive rate despite it being a busy time of the year. Will definitely consider booking with them again in the future.

Buying tickets online worked well and was easy to do. I did have an issue with buying tickets but that was unrelated to the booking system. I contacted the online email service to sort out the issue but that had a slow response rate so instead I ended up calling. The lady (Maggi) who aided me in buying the tickets was very nice and helpful. :)

They advertise fake prices so you give your info (matching your passport) to use for spam. Stay away!

My first attempt at booking was declined and I figured I'd just try again later. Then I received a call from Aaron and he helped me settle the booking and even managed to get my flight tickets for the same price that I initially booked with (as it went up in that short period of time). All in all, a very good experience and I'm pleased with the above and beyond service.

The worst travel agency I've ever dealt with! After 6 or 7 calls and numerous email back and forth (one of them being a confirmation email) I still ended up a Gatwick only to find out there was no ticket booked for me. Two hours on the phone brought very little resolution to the problem. Avoid them at all costs. You've been warned.

While continuing on with the booking I made through Groupon, Drake was a very helpful member of staff and went through all the information with me, the process was quick and easy, I would definitely book again. However before booking on Groupon I spoke to Henry though live chat who wasn't all that helpful, I was then called by a female who was forceful on the idea that I should be booking through Crystal Travel first rather then Groupon. But overall I am pleased with the outcome from Drake :)
