We enjoyed our stay here. The service was excellent and the room looked very current except the TV was looking a little dated even though it was a flat screen. The city view is really nice and the beds are thick and comfortable. The family slept well.

Rooms gorgeous! Location Awesome! From there it sucked! After spending hours on the phone straightening out the hotels mess up on my reservation I was gaurenteed things were taken care of. They were not. Then when we arrive at check in I am told the room is not ready. After waiting in the lobby for half an hour I finally am given a different room. I am assured all is taken care of....wrong again. The next day we arrive at our room to find we are locked out because the reservation was still wrong. Plus we were gaurenteed our sons would be put in a room on the same floor....nope 11 floors between us. Then the service at the resteraunt or should I say lack of. We were seated waiteess left to get coffee and 20 minutes later we had to ask if anyone was coming to bring us our coffee or menus. Not good on so many levels.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, decent event hosting, pretty good gym. Only downside I found was that elevators can take really long to arrive, sometimes you literally spend up to five minutes waiting on the 22nd floor while no elevator arrives...

Beautiful room. Great service. Great service at the bar with games like operation (would love even more games. ) Easy check in and out

No television schedule so you basically have to flip between channels slowly (digital, takes awhile to load) to find anything. No Diet Dr Pepper in vending, etc.

The hotel is close to the highway and I unfortunately received one of the rooms closest to the highway. The bathtub faucet's diverter was also broken the whole time. I submitted a request to get it fixed but that never happened. On the plus side, the room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable.

My visit to the Crowne Plaza was to attend The Dinner Detective Murder Mystery Show. The event was wonderful; it had friendly staff, a great bartender, a three course meal and interactive entertainment. (The meal was select your own entree [options including Chicken, Salmon or Eggplant] and gluten free alternatives were available on request.)

Check-in was quick and easy. We were up in our rooms in a matter of 10 minutes. The room was clean and modern which is always a plus for me. I'm please with the comfort of the bed as well. The only thing is how steep onsite parking is. It would have been nice to get at least a discount for parking. We ended up parking down the road.

We had the most amazing trip to Seattle. The hotel was immaculate. Anything I needed, they had it. Staff was so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. This is where we will stay when we return.

Negatives: Valet parking. I happily paid in advance for the convenience of valet parking, knowing that it would be a very busy weekend (Comicon). I booked this hotel over 6 months in advance to ensure I'd have parking and a place to stay for the conference. Upon arrival, the valet informed me that the parking garage was already full, the overflow lot was full, and I'd have to park several blocks away, possibly move my car at 3pm and *maybe* get the parking spot that I'd already paid for. The valets argued with me for over 10 minutes, saying things like "We had to turn away a woman with 4 newborn babies" to presumably make me feel guilty over insisting that I receive the service I'd paid for and reserved. They finally agreed to park my car but then told me that I should fill out a comment card inside and let the hotel know that the valet service had "come through for me".

During this time, I saw several other cars get through to the parking garage, and several leave. I suspect that their system of prioritizing who receives parking was questionable and likely not in line with the overall hotel policy, and I would encourage the hotel management to look into that.

When I received my car after my stay, there was a men's necktie in the car on the passenger seat. I have no idea what that's about and probably don't want to know, but it's very sketchy.

Positives: The bell hop and front desk staff were wonderful and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well stocked. Housekeeping did a great job. Everyone in the hotel was very courteous and pleasant during a very busy weekend.

*Edit for Response*

Thank you for responding to my review. I should also clarify that my friend and I had booked this room and she had already checked in the night before I arrived, and specifically asked the front desk about parking policies and checked with them to be sure the spot would be available for me, and the valet charge had already been applied to her card. They did not mention a 4pm check in or give her any indication that it would be a problem. They assured her that I would have a parking spot available upon arrival. So you may want to review this with your staff.

The value proposition of thus hotel has really gone down. The pirce of a room has skyrocketed yet the amenities have gone down, especially for elite members. The restaurant prices are outrageous as well and the quality of food is not in line with the price. The hotel is very nice and is a prime location. The rooms are also very nice and clean.

Good downtown location. Pretty close to a lot for tourist attractions and the highway for easy accessibility. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and it has been quiet at night in my experience. The hotel restaurant is very nice as well, but a bit on the pricier side.

Everything was satisfactory. I was surprised to not see the hotel bar but maybe I didn't explore enough of the floors. Breakfast at the restaurant was good. Location was good. I was there for a company event so I didn't rely on the hotel for my entertainment.

I had a group of 19 people to recently stay at the Crowne Plaza Seattle Downtown and we could not have been more pleased with our stay! The staff, the service and the rooms were great! They were very accommodating and clean! The front desk personnel had everything ready when we arrived and there was no waiting inline! The concierge, Pina was a delight and went out of her way to assist us with transfers and reservations. The restaurant where she made reservations for my group was Outstanding! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Pros: Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Very modern look and feel, with plenty of amenities in regards to gym and meeting space. Great breakfast buffet. Valet parking was very quick.

Cons: A little disappointed room service was closed by 1 AM Friday night/Saturday morning. No 24 food within walking distance either. No food to eat inside room.

Overall: Solid choice for spending a night in Seattle. Capitol Hill bars and music aren't particularly far away and the rooms are very comfortable.

I loved staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Seattle. The hotel itself is very nice and has good amenities. The main reason I enjoyed my stay is due to the front desk concierge who helped me, Marc. I have never been to Seattle before and am in the process of moving to Seattle for work relocation. When I casually mentioned this to Marc as I was checking in, he eagerly helped me. Marc took time out of his day to write up a list of excellent places to get food in downtown Seattle as well as good neighborhoods to consider living in, along with his opinions on each neighborhood and it's pros/cons. Having someone as dedicated to hospitality as Marc at the Crowne Plaza in DT Seattle made for a great beginning to my stay!

Very nice hotel; clean room with a great view. Downside is no parking on site so be prepared to pay about $50 each day. Gym is nice and the restaurant on site has some delicious food.

Well run hotel with friendly desk staff. Had a comfortable stay while in the area. Keep a close eye on your route to the valet parking only garage as it can be cumbersome depending on your approach as it's all one way streets in the area.

Very nice sized, comfortable and quiet rooms in an excellent downtown location. Very fast and stable WiFi (available). The older LG TV is HDMI accessible with a sleep timer. It would be nice to be able to stream from your device, but not available here. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Dear Cristy Smith, after my visit Marhaba resort #marhabaresort in Tunis, I've changed my opinion about the service in Crown Plaza and updated my feedback . I was really appreciated about your personal attention to the guests review. 2 comments from my side and reasons of my negative feedback was: 1) about paid coffee at the breakfast I was informed by fact not in advance; 2)Reception at check-in and at check-out took more than the usual expected time and staff didn't pay attention on my requests about a bill processing required by fin. control of organization I am working for.
