Great location close to conference center. Reasonably cheap for Seattle. Large, clean rooms. Breakfast comes out to about 25$ after tax and tip - ouch (as a Canadian)!

I went here for a Dinner Detective show. The ballroom was nice and the lobby was cozy.

My home away from home. Fine hospitality, awesome crew minding every details of your stay with personable service. Highly recommended.

The bellman and service were super kind and accommodating to us. The room and the hotel in general are awesome. The toilet in our room was a little scary because it flushed obnoxiously loud, but other than that it s a great place to stay!

Wonderful service, bought ice cream from the small shop in the lobby and they sent spoons up to our room. I was very happy with everything.

Great location. Lots of good food nearby and perfect distance from convention center.

Hotel was nice. Went for Sakuracon. The staff was on point and gave me a complimentary toothbrush and paste since I accidently left mine at home. Only thing that threw me off was the lack of Microwave... but it did have a mini fridge.

Difficult location to drive to. Parking is terrible and in a sketchy neighborhood.

Went to the Crown Plaza Seattle for a meeting and lunch. Meeting room was comfortable and quiet even though it was just off of the hotel lobby. Lunch of lasagna and Caesar salad was great.

This hotel helps you to have a great travel in Seattle. I could put my luggage in the room early so I could be free to walk around in Pike Place and Seattle Center. Moreover, you can enjoy your last of day by seeing the night view in your hotel room.

The hotel was clean and the staff were quite nice. As far as hotels though fairly basic. They were having power issues when we were there so the phones were not working and there was not hot water one night. We stayed in a suite so breakfast was included. Breakfast was pretty basic and there were a couple of things that they had to be asked to refill.

A great place to stay. All of the staff here are incredibly friendly and I felt comfortable straight away. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished and my room had a great window to watch the snow fall. The king bed in my room was incredibly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. Would definitely come back again.

Only thing I would change is the $50 per day valet parking

I ve recently stayed here and this hotel is by far has the best customer service among all hotels in Downtown Seattle. I ve stayed here for a business trip and had several packages sent here. The nice gentleman at the front desk gave me a decent discount and offered to send my packages in my room. It really pays well to be nice to hotel staff. And also, just a piece of advice to travelers, if you plan to have packages sent in ANY HOTEL, you must verify for any storage and handling fees. You cannot expect a hotel storing your packages for free, I have traveled extensively, and I have yet to find a hotel that does not charge incoming packages for guests.

Best hotel I've had the opportunity to spend at yet. Never had room service, or stayed at a hotel that had actual coffee cups instead of those styrofoam ones.
Stayed on the 29th floor and had quite a nice view of the city. Staff was very friendly and made sure they were available to help where they could.

Food was phenomenal, bed super comfortable! The only thing that annoyed us was that the housekeeping closet was across the hall and we started hearing constant jangling of keys to various bins or something and vacuuming the hall way at 7am....

Good hotel right in the city center. Big and clean rooms. Had a room on the 29th floor with a view of the mega motorway. Luckily we were able to exchange it immediately with a room on the 6th floor. The staff are very friendly.

I was there for a conference. Food provided was good, great location.

It was a nice hotel, nice room cleanliness also good. but the breakfast quality was really bad, and i stayed there for 6 days to my surprise they did not change the menu not even once same things were served each day. also the toilet paper and the tissue quality was really bad.

I love this Hotel, staff is ALWAYS friendly. Beds are comfortable, with refrigerators in the rooms. Also, its convenient to the city!

Absolute disgraceful service. They have no respect for people and treat them like children. I've never seen a hotel so condescending to their Platinum members, let alone a US veteran.

They accommodated our event at very short emergency-style notice at the request of our original venue when it became clear we needed to change location. Very well outfitted lobby and the room we were assigned was quickly made ready by staff.

The bed and the toiletries were high class. The coffee shop had a great "English Breakfast".

Loved our stay at the Crowne Plaza Seattle! Service was excellent from the moment we walked in door. Room was clean and well thought out. Location was right in the heart of the business district, and a couple blocks walking from the convention center and downtown shopping. I will definitely consider it on my next trip to Seattle.
