Pricy but nice. Great clean rooms. Service was great. And amazing location in the heart of downtown Seattle.
Very nice. Rooms are slightly outdated, but lobby and amenities are upgraded.
I stayed here for a work conference, not sure of cost. Was nice and clean. Centrally located and easy access to convention center as well as restaurants and the water. Very loud, could hear the highway, honking, and sirens all night long. Not sure I would stay here again because of that. Maybe request the other side of the hotel.
Good location within walking distance of a number of attractions. Views of the water and space needle from one side. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Big flatscreen tv. I would like to see a bar on their 34th floor. Think it could be an attraction of its own.
Hotel is really clean and have nice views of downtown. Restaurant, inside this hotel, provides scrumptious breakfast. My wife and I loved their Pan cakes. However, I wish few things could be improved: 1) room has no drinking water and hotel forces customers to buy water from their store downstairs 2) it doesn't have slippers to use for walking around in room 3) room doesn't have microwave in case you want to warm up anything. In summary, I like the hotel and their restaurant and definitely stay their again for their delicious pan cakes.
Nice affordable hotel within Walking distance of many Seattle downtown locations.
Great place to stay. Best location in Seattle to keep you close to everything.
went to a conference and they host us great service
Very happy with my stay at CP.. Top notch facilities and great location
Update: updating the stars from 4 to 1, based on the following poor customer service examples.
1.) I flew from Australia and forgot my universal power convertor. I called the reception and they did not offer any and neither do they sell them in their lobby store. This week I checked into Hyatt Bellevue ( ok costs more to stay) and asked the same question, not even do they give it complimentary but they sent someone to deliver it to my room. It would not cost more than $5 for that basic adaptor and makes a huge difference on the customer experience. I'm sure I'm not the only one that would have asked that question.
2.) I ordered few packages from Amazon and was charged 7$ a package, Amazon ended up breaking them into 4 packages, all arriving at the same time. CP staff charged me 28$ and did even have the courtesy to help me deliver to my room. If you charge money, you are expected to provide some service.
3.) I had fever and headache one of the nights and called in to check if they had any meds at 2am, thankfully they had some, if someone is calling in sick, least I would do is deliver the meds to the room, I had to come all the way down and make the purchase.
Overall, good location, pathetic service
Please be sure to give the front desk your credit card to have on file in order to request room service. Now instead of just ordering in I have to start the day super early and go out instead. It doesn't make sense to get dressed just to go downstairs, may as well just keep it moving. And as much money as my company spends with Crowne Plaza... Whatever.
Excellent rooms and service. The overall feel of the hotel modern and cozy at the same time. The bed felt great and the layout of the rechaging plugs on the nightstand and desk was very logical and handy. The bar and service was great and even though they only had sweet potato fries the burger I had there was splendid. This is a great hotel.
Very clean, spacious room and well put together at a prime location. Courteous, professional and very friendly staff. Restaurant bery clean & neat, with good food, professional service and acceptable prices. Everyone I was in contact with went above and beyond. Exceptional experience, I highly recommend this hotel. I travel a lot and spend more time in hotels than at home, so I am very particular about hotels and service.
For 250 bucks a night, it better be good! The rooms are very clean and tidy. The atmosphere of the hotel is great. The lobby is laid back and a place to hang out. They have a bar on the second floor with happy hour. The complimentary breakfast is great. Staff is friendly and ready to help. The rooms are big. Towels fresh, shower is hot. I liked the soaps and shampoos they use. Seems higher end. I was surprisingly impressed with the fitness center. Had 6 treadmills and some ellipticals. A few weight machines. More than most hotel gyms in my opinion. The location is right downtown so you have way access to all the attractions. Head west and you'll run right into the pier. It's very cool! Highly recommended this hotel
Excellent service. The room I got is beautiful, well maintained, and has a spectacular view. The staff took extra steps to welcome me and made the stay very comfortable.
Love the room! Wonderful view of fall. Leaves changing colors. Bar was a great atmosphere, and breakfast in the morning was great!
I stayed at the Crowne Plaza for nearly a week while attending a conference. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel offers a lot of great complimentary items, including an aromatherapy kit to help you relax and sleep. The staff was very friendly, and I didn't have any issues. The only issue i had with this hotel is that being in the downtown area the constant sound of traffic, sirens, etc. can make sleeping a bit difficult if you're not used to it and your room is on a street side.
Clean room, nice bed and view. Restaurant was kind of letdown.
Very pleasant staff, easy check in and great room. The fitness centre needs some slightly heavier weights but otherwise a good hotel.
Where on the 30th floor The View was absolutely stunning
Great location, spacious rooms, decent breakfast buffet.
Great rooms and good food but there isn t any microwaves in the rooms and the pizza was cold bc they forgot what our room number was.
Our recent stay in the Crown Plaza Hotel in Seattle was exceptional. Extremely comfortable beds and linens, an abundance of cosy pillows and a very clean room including the bathroom, carpet and furniture. Hotel receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful and on the last morning of our stay, I chose to purchase a basic breakfast which we had been avoiding due to the high prices, but I needed something more than a bagel (also very expensive). I ordered my eggs over easy, crispy potatoes and an English muffin. The eggs came to me "over hard", no yolk to be seen so, I sent it back. The second time, it came out perfect with many apologies. I did not hold this error against anyone because as we all know, Stuff happens! What I did not expect was that the waitress removed the $16.00 charge for my breakfast from our bill apologizing yet again. I considered this exceptional service especially because I didn't even complain to anyone. Based on our experience over our 3 night stay, I would highly recommend this hotel.
Very good service, great staff, great location. Ticked all the boxes for our stay.
Fantastic staff, decent view, and nice comfy bed. Really good price for a 4 star hotel but dining can get pricey downstairs. Images from 18th floor NE corner.
Great staff, convenient location and room was great
Great downtown Seattle hotel - great service, spacious rooms with beautiful views of the city. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown, easily accessible to restaurants, attractions and venues. There is a restaurant and bar within the hotel, great for a nightcap. Valet parking was quick and friendly. Recommended!
The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to major stores in downtown and public transportation. It's also clean and modern. It is very close to the highway tho and can be a bit noisy but the views and being close also to the library are great.
Beautiful room, Staff was friendly and always helpful. Had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.
Expensive hotel and you dont get alot of amenities. You'll have to either get valet parking or pay to park on the street.
Beautiful view, great room, great location. We loved staying here.
Solid hotel. Did not check out the amenities like the gym, but staff was professional and the water was hot. Location is perfect.
The hotel is in a very good location, short walk from river, nice restaurants, small bars and the main tourist sites.
Beautiful place to spend a gloomy, cold, and rainy winters' night in Seattle.
Downtown, decent view of the city, close to freeway and Capitol Hill. Service at front desk was goodgood.
Super helpful and friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Will definitely be back.
love this hotel! really clean and the service was great. super modern vibes
Rooms were very old and the shower was dirty. Breakfast was good for that.
Good value for money spent. Book with time and its not so bad
Was here for a conference. The conference room was nice, but they could have had more tables set up for the attendees. There were only 2 rows of tables and the rest were rows of chairs. Hard to take notes without a table to write on.
The rooms were decent and it had a nice location. The hotel restaurant is reasonably priced with decent food and good service.
The room was very clean, the view outside was absolutely beautiful and the room service was amazing.
Decent location. Some difficulties with service. I was there for a conference and the hotel staff didn t know where I was supposed to be. I had to talk to multiple hotel staff to find where my meeting room was. The beds are comfortable. Being a rewards member I have to say that my room had a terrible view. Also, this city is incredibly noisy and the hotel should invest in soundproof windows. I was on a high floor and still had a lot of noise pollution.
Don't go here there pretty dirty and they overcharge too much for certain things a recommend you go somewhere better I seen a rat inside the room numerous of times.... Never again
Room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff wasn't the best, weren't very helpful and seemed to not care.
Upscale, large hotel building with quiet, clean and comfortable rooms downtown.
Convienient location, great bar and restaurant and friendly staff. Will stop by again.
Crowned plaza was nice. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable.
Lobby very small, hard to check in. Elevator not working for a full day. Not enough lighting in the room
The head night guy was ok. But because of this virus not alot of people are very friendly and it shows.
The food was ok. The drinks and parking were extremely over priced.
I didn't stay in a room so I can't make an informed decision and review the hotel. The area is a cool place, nice part of Seattle.
I was visiting family who are in town on vacation. The room was large, clean, and had a great view. We also sat in the restaraunt to get some food for a toddler, and the service was friendly and fast. They also went above and beyond to make sure we were coming for table and that the baby had room to move and eat at his leisure.
I like this hotel a lot. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great beds. Fairly close walk to t.he market and waterfront
Had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza Seattle. Room service food was great and decently priced. Only thing is they charge you something like 45$ to park which I find to be quite ridiculous. Other than that everything was great
The room was well kept, and the front counter staff were great. My issue was with the valet. We asked the front counter if we could have our luggage put in our car. She said Absolutely, the gentleman over there can assist you. So we moved to the small podium like desk that was just inside the front doors. We asked the same question and these gentlemen told us to go ask the valet. This is when I started to get confused, because these men were dressed like bellhops. So we went outside and waited for the young valet attendant to notice us from outside the valet station. Once we got his attention, we asked yet again. He said to go back inside and take the elevator to our car and put it in ourselves........isn t this apart of the valets job. And why did the bellman just shuffle us outside instead of handling the situation. Why didn t they take our luggage and go to the valet? It was a bummer, because I enjoyed the room and the views. Unfortunately, this won t be a hotel we return to on our routine visits.
It is far from the center of Seattle, but the rooms are clean and spacious. Amenity is a little minus where there is no free mineral water.
Great customer service, could use more comfortable mattresses
We had a nice time here at the hotel, they were very accommodating when our friends wallet got stolen. They happily moved our room (just in case the thief decided to stop by) . The downside too that was the view on the lower floors. Instead of seeing mountains, got a nice view of the highway.
Nice location, upscale hotel. Attended a meeting and would stay if I needed a Seattle hotel. Parking may be a nightmare without valet.
Great service. Nice rooms! Very nice breakfast buffet!
Friendly staff and walking distance from a lot of cool places! Would stay here again
Great view, close to many tourist attractions, room service was good. Room was very clean and well maintained.
Great view of downtown. Spacious room and very friendly staff. What more could you ask for?
Comfortable room, the shower had instant hot water. Only stayed for one night, no complaints.
Beautiful hotel. Elevators are strong and to small. Very nice front sitting area . Was there in business only didn't actually see a room was only in the converance room. Very nice
Attended the dinner detective event. Service was excellent, and food was great. Hotel staff were very friendly
