I was dropping off some food to one of the clients. The staff was very helpful and the hotel itself was very clean.

Great price for a comfy room with a great view of First Hill and the shenanigans going on at The Mill and Paul Revere.

Stayed here numerous times over the years for conventions and always had fantastic service and the rooms are beautiful. My fav hotel in Seattle!

Lovely staff, very helpful. Good bedlinen and housekeeping. The hotel is right next to the highway so taxi to/from airport is extremely quick.

Awesome location - but be careful getting out of the car, its right off the highway. Other than that, lovely staff, and I was able to get to Pikes Market w ease as well as monorail to MoPop!

Honest hotel. Disproportionate price for what it's worth.

Very nice hotel with killer views of downtown Seattle.

We were very pleased and happy with our stay here! Made reservations by phone and their customer service agent informed us about a great deal. Once we got to the hotel, we were greeted by the bell clerk and valet. (Valet was very expensive though $50 per night) But other than that check-in was not a hassle at all. The manager was very pleasant and accommodating. She offered us an upgraded room on the 29th floor with a beautiful view of downtown Seattle without additional cost. It was amazing!!! We were able to see the Space Needle and the bay from our room. Beds were sooo comfy, sheets were so white and clean, the room had a great smell once you walk in. Also, walking distance to Pike Market and shopping stores. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza! I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel that is located in mid downtown area within walking distance to many areas. Room was nice and clean, and included a mini fridge as well. Beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. Includes a fitness center and a lounge/bar on the main floor. Overall a great experience at a nice hotel.

The hotel staff was NOT friendly. The concierge, Terri, was hurried and impatient. We had a room for 3 but coffee cups for 2. When I called the front desk to ask for another coffee cup they suggested that I go to the 2nd floor to pick one up OR, for a fee, I could get one brought up from room service.

Great location within walking distance to the market, shops and restaurants and nice, spacious rooms.

Wonderful property. While I'm not normally a fan of Crowne Plaza's, this hotel appears to have undergone a significant renovation. The rooms were incredibly fresh and clean. The front desk personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. Most importantly the beds were great.

Stayed here for Comic-Con. Great walking distance from convention. Nice modern rooms with excellent service. Only downside was parking filed up fast. Was able to park less then a block away for cheaper though. Check in was at 3pm, check out was 11am.

Rooms are clean and the bar and restaurant are goood. Morning breakfast was great and staff in charge of breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The motel in general was very cold inside and there didn t seem to be very hot water in room.. Have to pay for parking at the motel and it was very expensive. I paid way more for the room and hidden parking fee than the stay is worth.

Front desk staff was very professional. Unfortunately, due to COVID19, there was no room service.

Good location. Not too far of a walk to all of the shopping and food.
