Nice rooms and good service. Kind of far from the center but nice if you work close tot he hotel.

Nice hotel with all the necessary comfort in the room. Downside is the nearby ring road. The noise that it generates makes it impossible to open a window at night.

Hotel to recommend. Structure a little dated but rooms comfortable and clean. Very varied and abundant breakfast. Large amount of savory and sweet products. Very helpful staff. In front of the hotel there is a bus stop that takes you to the center in 10 minutes. The only problem is that the ticket costs 3 per person and is valid only for an hour. A little too much. I would stay there again.

The customer service is A+ so good, the best. The room is nice and clean and mostly quiet. The view is good I was on Floor 12. The location is good you can rent a bicycle from the front desk and bike to the nearby Antwerpen Centraal where there is a ferris wheel and many good restaurants nearby, as well as the famous laying-down-statue of the boy and dog under the bricks, it was very neat to see and tour. The conference centers are also very good. This is an excellent small hotel. Story: Two weeks before arriving, I shipped myself a box for the conference, from the USA. The box was mistakenly sent away, by the Hotel, so when I arrived it was gone. I was very upset and sad. Somehow, the hotel was able to track down the box which had not yet left the country, it was sitting at UPS in Brussels 1 hour away. The hotel here drove to get the box for me and found it and saved the box! I had the materials in time for my sales team to be ready at the conference. The experience was superior!

This is really a terrible hotel. Dirty, noisy, warm and poorly maintained rooms. Unfortunately I have to go here regularly for work but what a bad hotel this is. See the photos that it is not a made-up story.

Hotel more or less the Crowne Plaza standards. Restaurant not bad but honestly bad service.

International style hotel, quite spacious rooms, bathtub with shower curtain. Excellent and abundant breakfast, very nice relaxation space. Well stocked gym, sauna and turkish bath very well kept, small pool for swimming but great for relaxation. On-site parking a little expensive.

The only thing I have a comment about is the breakfast.
A breakfast of 19 euros should, in my opinion, be something special for 19 euros? But this breakfast table really disappointed me, too busy and little choice ... everything prepackaged such as butter and honey and jam, nothing really fresh.
And I only ate a croissant and a cup of coffee for 19 euros .... I didn't enjoy it very much ... Staff could also be better and friendlier ...

air conditioning did not work so well in the hot summer also in our room the air conditioning did not work. otherwise it is handy to stay there.

It is a nice hotel, comfortable and the staff are always very kind and ready to satisfy the customers' needs. There is also the swimming pool and sauna, both of which are clean and well maintained!

Had a pleasant stay here. Rooms are good and clean. Breakfast was a bit on the expensive side and not worth the money.

Hotel at the top, 80 per night. Parking a bit expensive, 17 ditto for breakfast 21 .

The hotel is quite old style. The reception appears to be recently renovated but the rooms would deserve a refresh. Despite the furnitures and the carpet, all in all the rooms are comfortable as well as the beds. The pillow are also quite small in size. The bathroom of the rooms is well equipped. The restaurant is also nicely renovated and the breakfast is also quite complete and tasty. All in all a good value for money option for a business trip. I specifically like the fact that they have a very good fast check out process. Try not to get the room close to highway because it is very noisy.

Every time a nice clean room and super friendly staff. On the higher floors you can enjoy beautiful views. During your stay you can also use the swimming pool, sauna and steam room for free. A must for a city trip!

It is a hotel on the highway.
That means you hear the highway 24/7.
If you are a light sleeper like me, you run the risk of waking up at 5 am. Furthermore, the rooms are quite old-fashioned with a lot of browns. However, there is now a huge TV. The pool is also a big +. The shower is in the bath. I am more a fan of walkinshowers myself.

Nice hotel, a bit far from the center but easy to do with a rental bike or tram. Unfortunately, forgotten swimming trunks, so not being able to test the swimming pool, also has a gym. Nice breakfast and clean room. Friendly staff and nicely decorated. Would definitely go again with family.

Nice hotel however far from Antwerp central train station, without own transport difficult to reach.

Comfortable, fairly quiet, easy access from the airport. Not the best location for seeing Antwerp.

It's clean, tidy and a hotel. The food is fine, the oil is small. Pleanty of (not free) parking. You should also check out the buffet restaurant just down the road.

Room is very nice and accommodating. The restaurant is lacking in menu items. I ve visited for three consecutive years and I ve yet to see the menu change, but now I feel the food is lacking flavor or care. Its as if the restaurant is open merely because the hotel is a 4 star rating. If the restaurant was a stand alone venue it would have went out of business.

Very good hotel with a very friendly staff. The rooms are clean and if you forget the soap, there is free shower and bath soap.
The beds are good, with a lot of pillows. The rooms are big to.

The breakfast is delicious! Fresh bread, scrambled eggs, baked potatoes, sausages, tomatoes, different kinds of yogurt and fruit. Good fresh coffee also.

It's very wheelchair friendly!

Next to the hotel, very important, is a gas station, open 24 hours. So for the late hours you can get all kinds of bread, fresh made.

New royal fashions was located here for a short time, and since i knew they provide great suits and shirts and travel the globe constantly, i couldn't let this opportunity too get a hand tailorded suit slide. The room which was reserved for new royal fashions wasn't the nicest room if i am being honest, but that luckily didn't impact my purchases. An overall great experience!

Anna is a nice looking cafe, but not much selection.

On the outskirts but is walkable into the centre. The bar has a good selection of drinks and the breakfast had good options. The room was very comfortable.

Great enjoyed in this beautiful hotel, a stone's throw from the center of Antwerp. Good and wide selection with breakfast and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
